I'm a former DR. Brown patient for 20 years until he retired and sold the practice to SWD. I am really impressed with your practice and the smooth transition to your practice. All you employees I have dealt with are excellent. I would like to single out Jocelyn the Hygienist she is outstanding. She is kind, courteous and extremely talented in her profession. She should be rewarded for a job well done. If she was my employee I would do anything to make sure to hold onto such an employee seeing such people are hard to come across. I fully recommend Smile Well Dentistry in Duncanville, TX and Dr. Lisa is a top notch professional. After going to this practice for over 40 years seeing Dr. William Brown, I was a little nervous having someone else as a dentist. The staff here from the front office, dental technicians, and doctor provides a very relaxing, comfortable and thorough experience. Even the charges and how my insurance was applied is itemized including the cost of things they recommend for the future as a reference. The office has also upgraded all of their equipment to the very coolest, high tech imaging and effortless x-ray machines making it a trip look forward to now every six months. One of the scanning tools they used was like a topographical map of my teeth that shows areas of concern, and avenues to correct these potential issues with options as needed. Long review long, it is hard to find a dentist that gives a good first impression and with this office, I will be staying here another 40 years. At least that is my plan, and maybe longer if I can make it!!

I've been going to this office for the better part of a decade. I was nervous when Dr. Brown retired and sold his practice, but the ladies at smile well dentist are absolutely amazing! Very professional and great bedside manner. Unlike other dentists I've been to they don't pressure you into getting unnecessary procedures only what's medically necessary. They work with you if you don't have insurance with their very fair and reasonable pricing. 10/10 would recomend this office. I don't trust any other dentist in my mouth besides Dr. Marneni and Dr. Lisa.

I was a former patient of Dr. Brown and love him, his wife and his entire staff. When the practice was taken over by Smile Well, I wasn't sure I would be as comfortable. I WAS WRONG!! The office manager, Yvette, was so pleasant and accommodating. The dental assistant, Brandy, was great. She even inquired about my husband who had some previous medical issues. It was appreciated. Dr. Lisa was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and effective - she also had cool eyeglasses! But the star of my show was Jocelyn, the dental hygienist. So focused on me the patient, so efficient and painless. I was so comfortable that we discussed topics having nothing to do with dentistry. She even went out of her way to successfully assist me with a totally unrelated issue. Thank you so much!! As a rule, I don't like anything or anyone related to dentistry. But the Smile Well staff and doctors have changed my mind - and that was no easy feat!!

Jocelyn was very good she took care of my daughter very well. She was constantly asking her if she was fine and even gave her a stress ball to help her throughout the appointment.
