I have lived in the RGV for thirty two years and have tried several dentists. I have never felt comfortable with any until I started using AC Villarreal’s practice. I started with an appointment for a routine cleaning. Jesse was amazing. After my cleaning I met Dr. Chapa and she recommended that I get a Crown on one of my back teeth . Today was my appointment and I was super impressed. The dental tech Javi was amazing and continued to reassure me during the entire procedure. He was very kind and checked in the whole time. Dr. Chapa is also amazing and answered all my questions during my cleaning and also before my procedure began today. Excellent treatment. On top of great techs and dentist the office staff is exceptional also. With reminders and greeting as you arrive. The level of care and service makes this a comfortable place to be. I was called in by the hygienist, and he explained step by step of his procedure & I was encouraged to ask questions at any time.
