This clinic is great, all the staff take their time with you, explaining everything and answering all questions. The dentist even called me back to answer further questions I had. They are open on Saturdays and late during the week making it easier to get an appointment when it's convenient.

Checking in was an experience that I think was necessary. It covered a lot of info that needed in any business. The x-ray was very interesting, but didn't give all x-rays required. All personnel was courteous and seem to know their job. Over all I was happy with the operation of Agave Dental Care.

I had a deep cleaning by Juan. He did a great job on cleaning my teeth. I will definitely recommend him.

I went to get my wisdom teeth pulled out. It was an hour and half surgery. The doctor and nurses were amazing to helping me through it. 10/10

EDIT: on top of all of this, the price that Bobbi gave me was WRONG. It was 100$ MORE expensive than what she originally told me. Cold and Incompetent staff. Initially, I called to schedule an appointment with Gabby. She could not find my insurance information and said that she would consult the insurance specialist and call me back the next day. I work as a pharmacy technician, and know dealing with insurance can be a headache. So to help, I called my insurance and explained the problem. The insurance representative called the office while I was on the line and he helped her find the insurance. Gabby said she found it and would give me a callback to tell me how much my estimated price would be. I never received a callback from Gabby. When I called the office, I was on hold for 20 minutes and never got through. So I confirmed my appointment online. When I arrived to my appointment I was "greeted" by Bobby: All she asked was for my name and then immediately told me to sit and wait to be called. Did not once ask for my insurance information or anything. I didnt even get a chance to give anyone my payment information. The doctor I saw, Dr. David Fallah, was excellent. Very kind and competent. So was the blonde nurse, helping him. They directed me to the front desk to make a follow up appointment. Again, Bobby told me to have a seat and wait to be called. After 20 minutes, Bobby came up to me and said that they dont have my insurance information. I then explained that I spoke to Gabby. She had me write down my insurance info and was gonna run it through again. Again after 20 minutes, she called me up and said she couldn't find my insurance. She said she'd consult the insurance agent and give me a call back. Bobby asked when I was available and i told her 1:30. I work full time and only have a break from 1:30-2:00. I did not receive a call until 2:30. Obviously I couldn't answer, because I was working. I just called back at 4:00 when I get off. I was on hold for 36 minu

An excellent place to get your dental services. The staff was friendly and very helpful of my mother's needs. The dentist was very knowledgeable and understanding of my mother's dental concerns and addressed them each appropriately. We look forward to her next visit with this facility. Highly recommend them.
