Apilado Family Dentistry

In the beginning, the service was amazing. However, overtime, they messed up certain procedures that I am now having to fix at another dental place. I kept going in to get these issues fixed but nothing was ever done. It is honestly a hit or miss with their service. Kind people but procedure wise, unfortunate.

This dentist commits fraud. Filled non existent cavities. Then they fell out in less then a month. Told our whole family had 8 cavities each which was a lie. Went elsewhere and it wasn't true. Then performed procedures before telling us they no longer accepted our insurance. Caused on family member to need root canal at 23!

It used to be a competent trustworthy dental office, now I don't trust them. I have no clue when things started going down, but it appears to coincide with the permanent absence of Dr, Apilado. I had a porcelain crown done last year, ever since they did it, it hurts A LOT. I went back a total of five times after for them to fix it and the first time they said it takes time to adjust and every time after that they filed it down and the last time they said that if it didn't help, they would need to re do it. Well, I went back and now the unethical Dr. Tippin wants to do a root canal THAT I DONT NEED! I don't have any infection and the problem only started after they installed their crown. It is all about the money, he wants to send me to his friends for a referral fee, instead of just fix what they did wrong. I guess he rather have a bad reputation. He made me lose SEVEN DAYS OF REAL ESTATE WORK TOTAL! I wonder if he knows how much that equates to. I am done with this unethical careless dental office. They remind me of the unethical oncologists who wrongly diagnose healthy people with cancer just to get the kick back from giving chemotherapy.

I recently was stationed in El Paso, and came into Apilado Family Dentistry in search of a new dentist for me & my family. However, the experience I had with Mary, the office manager, was nothing short of bismal. She was unprofessional, rude, condescending, smug, and lacked the simplest sense of business etiquette. She inquired about my insurance within the first 30 seconds, and after just a couple minutes, based off her tone, and body language, it was blaringly evident her bedside manner would be better suited for a manager at a XXX Adult Book Store. No thanks, Ms. Doucheover, we were more than happy to take our business just around the corner to Pebble Hills.

I love Dr. Apilado, he's very kind and professional. My kids go to him as well and the staff knows how to work with them. The whole clinic staff always make sure my kids visits are anxiety free.

Because of our experience with office manager Mary, we switched Dentist, Dr Apilado is a nice dentist but unfortunately his office manager lacks professionalism, customer service and basic care for patients.My whole family and many friends have left his office.Very happy with The Dentist😁 on Joe Battle....

EXTRAORDINARY EXPERIENCE ! DR. Apilado and his team are amazingly customer service oriented. From the moment you walk into the office you are greated by genuine beautiful smiles till you leave the experience is amazing! Everyone you come across is very friendly , sincere and very professional. The staff is very professional, courteous and just down right nice. They will explain everything they do before they do it and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Apilado is full of energy and you know he enjoys his job and treated my son like his own. Thank you for good service, which is rare these days.

Dr. Apilado saw me for about a minute and told me I had 7 cavities and that I do not floss. I floss everyday and something didn't feel right. So I went to another dentist and it turns out I have zero cavities. I know of several people who are very unsatisfied and also suspect that there was probably nothing wrong with them to begin with. Do not go with this guy, he will find phantom cavities to work on. At the very least, be very suspicious when he find all sort of things with your teeth.

Great dental hygienists, reasonably priced, friendly front desk and of course great dentist! I used to hate the dentist, like many others, but now I don't mind! I really like that they give you pricing before anything they do. I know that when I go to Apilado Dentistry everything will be great. Apilado Family Dentistry sure lives up to its name perfectly. Our entire family goes there. And we love the warm, friendly, family environment there. They are very inviting.
