Denise was awesome with my daughter. Made her comfortable throughout the visit. Very professional. Explained every step. The whole visit was seamless!

After searching and trying to find a place that would accept my dental coverage and remove my wisdom teeth I found Bliss Family Dental. I went in super nervous and only expecting a consultation but then before I knew it they were able to squeeze me the same day for the removal! I have tons of anxiety but everyone made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that everything was going to go great! Sure enough almost a week later with just a little bit of pain left I'm doing good and extremely happy that I don't have those wisdom teeth causing problems anymore. I highly recommend Bliss Family Dental and I'm extremely grateful to them for doing such an amazing job.

WASTE OF TIME I leave this two star review because this clinic has wasted my time on two separate occasions. First time, they cancelled my appointment without notice due to a clerical error in copying down my phone number. Since they had an incorrect phone number, they were unable to call to confirm my appointment. Therefore, I show up only to be told I cannot be seen as my appointment was cancelled without my notice. Keep in mind this was my very first time ever going to this clinic. Subsequently, I decided to give them another try. I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning, however, no cleaning was performed upon my visit. After having my x-rays taken and a brief examination, I was told that there was no longer any hygienists available to administer a cleaning. So once again, my time was wasted. Aside from all of that, the facility is very pleasant and well kept. Staffing was professional.

Always a great experience. Denise my hygienist as always exceeds my expectations. (Previous reviews below) She’s just wonderful, and gentle. Just met Dr. Perez today. He’s pleasant. Wishing Dr. Chen the very best. I am new to this practice. To be honest I was very hesitant as I had already been with my previous dentist for over 15 years. This practice is very clean, the staff is so welcoming. From the hygienist Denise which was so gentle and thorough, the George the dental assistant so friendly, confident and knows his business to finally Dr. Chin who is so personable, friendly, and thorough himself. I’ll be here as long as this team is here. Hands down the best experience. Thank you 😊 Update: for this past visit 09/2022- my husband and I have been here for several reasons and we’ve become very fond of the entire team, Dr. Chin is so professional and great bedside manner. My hygienist Denise who by the way is the best hygienist I’ve ever had. She did my cleaning a month ago and I mentioned to her an up and coming procedure I was having. Today, she stopped in my room to say hi and she remembered my procedure. That meant so much to me and warms my heart we made the change to Bliss family. Thank you for all that you do and who you are.

This was a good cleaning. The hygienist was very good and did a great job. Very thorough and always asked if I was doing ok.

They are fast and affordable. Mario had a great sense of humor and assisted with my x-rays. Naomi was super sweet and helped with explaining my financials and setting up my next appointment. Great service as usual
