It's a great place, the staff is very friendly and Dr Connor is awesome. I broke a tooth, saw be right away, I had to go somewhere else to get a root canal, but after that, they saw be to put in the crown. They did the imaging and have a machine that does the crown on site, and in a couple of hours I was good to go. Highly recommend it

I went to Connor Family Dentistry with a condition that Dr. Connor determined would require a root canal. He referred me to a clinic that specializes in root canals, but the appointment was not for another two days. I was in quite a lot of pain, so I asked if he could give me something for pain management. He told me to take a combination of Tylenol and Ibuprofen, and that was it. He dashed out before I could tell him that I can't take Ibuprofen due to a gastrointestinal condition. So, I went home and took Tylenol. That accomplished precisely two things: Jack, and Squat. My tooth got more infected, and my face swelled up. I was in agony for two days waiting on my referral appointment. When I went, the other doctor asked if I'd gotten any antibiotics and I replied, "No, just OTC Tylenol." I know that dentists are more reluctant to prescribe pain medication due to the opioid crisis, but my condition was obvious. There's no reason I should have been left to suffer for two days, and I should have AT LEAST been prescribed antibiotics. The second problem was the office staff. I am self-employed, and I do not have dental insurance. But I told the staff that I would pay in full at the end of each visit. As far as I was concerned, that should have been the end of it. Nonetheless, they made me feel like a second-class citizen by constantly bringing up my No Insurance status. I even listened to one of them refer to me as "No Insurance" on the phone rather than by my name. On top of that, this office staff worker repeated back the wrong information for my referral appointment. If the referral clinic had not sent me a text on the day of my appointment, I would have gone to the wrong place. During the scope of dealing with my dental issue, I tried to call the Westside office of Connor Family Dentistry multiple times during business hours only to be transferred directly to voice mail. It seems they answer the phone when they darn well please. Overall, I found the office staff to b

I’m a new patient to this practice. I am so happy I made this change. The front staff is so friendly and welcoming. I was afraid to have any procedures due to Covid but honestly I feel so comfortable at the practice. The office is super clean. Dr.Estrada is amazing and very professional. She knew I was anxious about having work done. But she listened and took my fears into consideration and guided me step by step. Without any hesitation I 100% recommend Dr.Estrada and her practice.

Just a heads up. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Connor for years. I have no issue with him and his dental skills. It's his staff. His 3rd party billing offers no detail on a bill you receive and the statement does not even reference the patient! Also, the statement indicates the balance is 90 days old. I have not received a current, 30 day, or 60 day notice. When I called to ask about details, 'Jennifer' instantly was RUDE, says it's my responsibility to ask for a detailed bill that outlines charges. They can't be bothered with sending out detailed bills because their system would print the entire patient's history. She blamed it on the 3rd party biller implying no culpability on the part of the dentist. But doesn't the dentist CHOOSE his biller? Jennifer needs to learn customer service skills, or work in a department where she doesnt speak to customers. I've never dealt with someone so instantly demeaning and inexperienced. Beware of bills that come late and offer no explanation as to what work was done and on who. I'm currently waiting on a detailed bill, that she said (and I quote) 'you WILL owe the amount or we'll turn you over to collections'. All over $24.

Dr. Connor is courteous, professional and offers excellent care. His staff are great, responsive and respectful of your time. Bernice is wonderful as well! I have gone here for years and never had a bad experience.

My wife and I recently moved back to El Paso after being away for over 30 years. We had to find doctors for our health needs, one of them a being a dentist. Dr. Connor's office was recommended and we took a chance and made appointments. Wow! were we pleasantly surprised. We got really quick appointments although we were new patients. We arrive on the day of our appointments and were quickly registered and taken to exam rooms. We were very impressed at how modern and well equipped the office is. Everything looks state of the art. Dr. Connor is not just about teeth, we got 3D full head x-rays and he assessed our jaw, airways, sinuses and a whole lot more. We both were examined and got cleanings and a couple of issues were identified. We have appointments to go back and address them already. Dr. Connor saw us after the hygienist and explained everything patiently and clearly so we understood. Not in a hurry at all. All the staff from the front desk to the back were friendly and polite. So glad Dr. Connor was recommended to us. We have our dentist in El Paso for good!

Dr. Connor and his staff are absolutely the best. They saw me quickly and the visit was painless. Front office staff is always helpful and accommodating and his assistant Diana was very courteous and helped put me at ease as I was quite nervous. I highly recommend Connor Dentistry.

I took my son here to get a filling and we had a great experience. Dr. Estrada was very thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. All the staff to include the receptionist as well as the dental hygienist are very respectful and courteous. I’d been looking for years to find a good family dentists after bad experiences at several locations in El Paso and Connor Family Dentistry in Zaragosa is by far, the best experience we’ve had. They were also great at explaining to us what and what not our insurance would cover. I highly recommend this office. Also might I add, the entire location was very clean and organized. You can tell all the staff take pride in their job and workplace.

I really enjoy having Dr. Connor as my dentist. His office is clean and his staff is very friendly and attentive. I have extreme dental sensitivity from years of sucking on lemons and limes (don't do that FYI) and at previous dentist offices I would leave in tears after a routine cleaning. With Dr. Connor his hygienist really listen when I say I prefer manual tooth scaling VS the water pick tool that just really hurts when you have sensitivity as bad as mine. It takes a bit longer to do my cleaning, but they don't mind. That makes the whole experience a much more comfortable one. I really would recommend anyone to go visit Dr. Connor and his staff.

I've called about 4 times and emailed via their website to try to set up an appointment, mind you i'm an existing patient, and I've not received a call back, will be looking for another dentist.

We LOVE Connor Family Dentistry and Dr. Connor! My 9-yr-old son went as a new patient for his cleaning & check up here on Tuesday & they were fantastic. The hygienist was very gentle & patient & super sweet with him. And I've had quite a few appointments lately for a root canal and a full crown and partial crown :( but it was a stress-free as major dental work could be. Dr. Connor really helps keep me at ease and explains what he's doing step by step before it happens. He also shows you exactly what he's fixing by showing you the xrays. He's very good at asking how I'm doing during the procedure and stops whenever I need a break - he's never annoyed (I've had a few dentists that would get all bothered that you wanted a little break!) His assistants are all fantastic and Priscilla who takes care of the appointments has been so patient when I've had to reschedule and has put me on the cancellation list and actually called with a new appointment! #smilingbigfordrconnor
