My family recommend this Dentist office. When I Moved back to ELP. All I can say it's been the best experience the staff is wonderful and so is the Dentist.I am thankful for it. I found a dentist office that is caring and will do anything to get you to smile.what I truly liked about this facility they are there for you. They have that ease and care for the patient. Very flexible hours as well. Thank you Kappel Dentistry for making my smile bigger. :)

Good afternoon I went for my daughter’s appointment today,I booked it four months ago, I received I phone call confirmation yesterday and when I got there for the visit that was at 2.30 pm I waited other 30 minutes to be informed that they couldn’t see them.On top at situations the lady had a lot of attitude.Really unprofessional!!!

Had a great experience! Martha my hygenist was really kind and gentle and so was Dr. Kappel. I chose this place because I have military ins. and I know how confusing they can sometimes be, but they are very knowledgeable with these types of plans, so I highly recommend them if you have one of those Tricare dental plans.

Dr. Jessica Kappel is an amazing dentist and does not over charges. She is kind, honest and very professional. She is very through in her exams and very caring. She gives you the opportunity to ask questions . This is the first awesome dentist I have found in decades. Thank you so much to all the staff as well :)

Yesterday I had the best cleaning ever done by a hygienist named Martha. She was very thorough and actually taught me some things for after care. Dr. Kappel has been taking care of my teeth for years, Ive never had a better Dentist than Dr. Kappel. I recommend coming in and seeing her. She is very trust worthy, and professional. The best in El Paso by far!!!!!

Dr Kappel is at the top of her field in dentistry. She is very experienced and so in tune with her patient's needs. I'm so delighted to have her as my dentist. Also the staff is very helpful, friendly, and respectful. I hope she remains my dentist for life!

Highly recommend. I’ve been avoiding the dentist but finally made an appointment. I appreciated that I was called back at my appointment time instead of waiting forever. The receptionist was great, very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was very quiet but still nice. Finally, the dentist was amazing! She thoroughly explained everything and showed me why she was suggesting what she did as opposed to just telling me what I need to do and moving on. Last but not least, it’s very affordable dental care. I will recommend this place time and time again. She’s really set the bar high for when we PCS and have to find a new dentist.

Absolutely great experience. Dr. Kappel is super nice as well as the hygienist who took care of me. I feel super comfortable going back and bringing my son in when it's time for his little teeth to be checked.

OMG I had such a wonderful experience. The whole staff was so friedlfr, I felt like I was talking to a group of my best friends. They took me in right away and took care of my tooth. Definitely recommend this place

I have to say, I’m a huge baby when it comes to me having to go to the dentist! It’s been 5years!!! 5 Years that I haven’t been to the dentist. No real excuse as to why I haven’t gone other then I’m terrified to go I hate the noises and I get really scared! I’m 23 and I still get scared I know how sad lol but they were the best dentist I have ever been!! They made me feel so comfortable and not at all scared to be there! So friendly and caring!! I highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone!!

Today was our first experience with this office. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were also very prompt, which is immensely appreciated. I hate looking for new doctors/dentists when we move, but I really feel like we found a “home” with Dr. Kappel and her staff.
