Dr. Hegazin is amazing. He stayed late to extract a tooth and gave a full explanation of the work that was needed. It is really much appreciated that he would give up his after hours time to relieve me of the pain I was in. Front desk ladies were nice. Jackie especially! She answered all questions asked and always smiled. I definitely recommend this place.

While I may dislike going to the dentist and am a firm believer that dentists are sadistic and crazy because who wants to torture people all day, (Dentists, that’s who), I had a great experience here. The doctor and his staff were funny, nice and just awesome. The dentist office is my least favorite place to be and everyone of them was very nice the entire time I was there. Doctor was thorough with his work and kept making sure I was comfortable while getting my fillings done. If I wasn’t moving to KS in less than 2 weeks, I would surely come back to this location. For now, lll be content with my half numb face looking like I had a stroke and pretty teeth that aren’t hurting anymore. Thank you!

Alexis and Dr Ahn were amazing. Had long over due dental work done fast and without issues. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Update: Anabel is one of my favorites! She definitely knows what she is doing. I am very grateful to have them work on me. Appointment went very fast, efficiently and pain free. Alexis did an amazing job explaining the procedure. I highly recommend this office. From the moment that I called on a Monday morning and explained my situation and level of pain to the front staff. They were able to get me in for an appointment that same day at the lates time before they closed because of my work would not give me the time off. The staff was all very kind and happy to help. They were able to get me on a treatment plan for the very next day to get a root canal. Mind you I was terrified of having this done for the first time. Hilda and Dr. Hegazin were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. I am beyond happy and thankful to get such a quick turn around for appointment. Everyone was so helpful in answering all of my questions and I felt right at home. Will be going back in the very near future.

This place is fast, no waiting hours in the lobby or the room itself, treatments are done quickly and efficiently. The staff is very friendly and informative, they'll always make sure you understand what's what, and actually look at you as you talk (other places I've been everyone stares at a computer or tablet and don't even make eye contact). Payment options are very fair. Visiting a dentist has always been daunting for me, but here I've felt at ease, safe, and cared for.

Got my fillings today, Alexis was fantastic!! He took such good care of me, stayed with me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable. He explained everything they were going to do very clearly and made me as comfortable as possible. Julio at the front desk was great too! Always super friendly. I do wish Dr Ahn was more gentle and had a better bedside manner. But the staff at East El Paso Dentist is unmatched!!
