Dr. Gutierrez helped me greatly. I've been a returning patient for 2 years receiving exams and cleanings from him and his professional staff. He is very personable with his patients and his staff is friendly and so helpful! I had an impacted wisdom tooth and he saw me right away for an emergency exam, explained I needed to see an oral surgeon to extract it and directed me where to go and how to get it extracted right away along with further instructions in case I needed anything else. His office is very clean and organized, the waiting room is always comfy and the wait isn't long at all. The staff is happy to help with questions and even provided my X-ray so I can see the oral surgeon right away. My experience wouldn't have been so great if it weren't for Dr. Gutierrez, he is so kind and handsome! Highly recommend this office to anyone who's looking for a dentist that makes you feel welcomed.

First time visiting this Dentist office, had seen before in the area. Made appointment and the day finally came. I was greeted in the front office by two very courteous young ladies who had me fill out paperwork. Ten minutes later I was greeted by Elena, dental hygienist, who made me feel welcomed and at ease. Elena explained what she would be doing in detail and was so amazing. (Xrays and measuring of gum lines). Shortly after Elena finished, Dr Eric Gutierrez came in and introduced himself. We had a conversation as to why I was there and he explained in detail what needed to be done. I was so happy with the experience I had and everyone involved. This was by far the best dental visit I have had. Everyone was so friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend Dr Eric and his staff!! Glad I made this appointment and met all these wonderful people.

I had refused to get my wisdom teeth out for many years until they started to bother me real bad.  I don't know why, but I never felt comfortable with my previous dentist doing the tooth extraction. It wasn't until I was recommended to Dr. Eric Gutierrez and met him that I felt comfortable with him pulling out my wisdom teeth. The entire procedure went off without a hitch and I was never nervous or felt any pain. I'm extremely grateful for his service as this would have been a nerve wrecking experience for me. Since that time I have begun to take my two young boys with him for teeth cleanings (3 and 5). The kids have a blast and get little toys and are always excited to see Dr.G. I honestly don't know how he keeps them so calm while they clean their teeth; it's a miracle really. Just the other day my 5 year old son asked me "Papa sabes cuál es mi lugar favorito?? El Dentista!!!" Yeah, I couldn't believe it either.

Best dental care in El Paso!

I started going to this dental practice over a year ago. All my family joined and we are 100% satisfied with Dr. Gutierrez and his staff.

If I could give this office 100 stars I would! I went for a consultation and felt very welcomed! The atmosphere, staff and Dr. Gutierrez are the best. A special BIG thanks to Jackie for taking care of me and bringing my teeth back to life! If I could hug her I would! She was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Thank you Jackie! You’re good at what you do!

Excellent care from all the staff!

Going to the dentist has never been the most enjoyable. This office group completely changed how i feel about dentist visits. They all were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Any concern i had the dental hygienist was able to put my mind at ease. Will definitely be returning.

The hygienist was awesome but they randomly charged my card 3 weeks later numerous times and refused to pay me back or email my bank saying it was an error. We will absolutely never be back
