I absolutely love Dr. Loiselle!! I have been going to him since I was 15 and I have not deviated since. A lot of the online reviews say that he isn’t a good dentist, well I beg to differ. I have never had an issue with him or his staff. Everyone there is always so amazing and nice. Thank you Dr. Loiselle! For everything!

Man was I lucky to find Dr. Andrew Loiselle and his team! Lou Lou did my cleaning and she was so nice and it was great! Dr. Loiselle helped me feel good about my future plan to get Invisalign too. I’m so excited! A couple other things outside of my immediate dental care are worth noting. I had to bring my 3 year old and everyone was SO great with him. He got bored watching his kindle and everyone made him feel better and helped me out! The front desk was so amazing every step of the way too! Even Dr. Loiselle made him have so much fun while checking his teeth which he just happened to be able to do too. I felt so welcome and will definitely be coming back for routine cleaning and for Invisalign down the line!

I would like to start off by saying that I am soo thankful to have found such an amazing doctor 👨‍⚕️ as my dentist 🦷. I cannot thank Dr. Richard Loiselle and his assistant Linda enough for the dental work they have done for me. I went in with many concerns and he made me feel very comfortable and gave me many options and explained everything very thoroughly. Finding an honest and caring dentist is hard to come by these days. Look no further and trust your dental needs to Dr Loiselle and his staff. Thank you all soo much, for making my well overdue (over 10 years) dental visit Amazing!! I recommend to see him.

Very comprehensive staff I got there with a huge panick attack I was about to pass out but the dental assistant and dentist are very sweet I forgot about my panick attack . Will be going back even though I have an awful phobia to dentist . They are awesome

horrible horrible horrible i cant begin to explain such a horrible experience. the office manger is inconsiderate rude and had the odasity to tell us to pay out of pocket for better service. i would be humiliated if i had to work for her. then the dentist is actually much worse than she is. no one should have to go there.

I only go there because of the dentist. But the front desk staff is a total nightmare. They are rude and inconsiderate, to talk down to you when you get there with pain. Linda, precisely is someone who you wish could punch in the face. No respect whatsoever, total abuse of your privacy, and HIPAA violation. Linda is very unprofessional. So sad this nice dentist has a horrible staff. Lost me and my family as clients.

I agree with the other reviewers. Dr. Loiselle is, in my opinion, an excellent dentist. He is very informational and will explain to you what procedures will be done and what you need to do after the procedure. He treats his patients, at least in my experience, with respect and makes sure you are comfortable. That being said, the people he hires to deal with his practice is mediocre and rude. His son, who deals with the insurance and the payments, has no idea what he is doing and cannot for his life keep an accounting book correctly. I was being charged extra and if I hadn't had noticed it, they would've probably kept the money. After explaining this to the son in a professional manner, he responded very rudely and implied I was lying. Now I have to deal with them again since they cannot even file the insurance claims correctly so I am being charged again. I will not go back there again, too bad I did like the dentist.
