Luna Dental Care

I was at Luna dental today and had a very wonderful experience. It was wonderful from beginning to end. The girls upfront are so polite I was greeted as soon I walked in the door. The Dr and his assistants were all very knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. The lady that helps with the finances (Bere) I believe that was her name she has red hair. She is very polite and explained everything to me also helped me with an application to be able to get my treatment done same day. Im very content with the costumer service and staff. 10/10 recommend this place I will bring my children next week.

I had an appointment programmed for 4 molar extractions. I spoke with a receptionist who said my insurance covered all molar extractions. I presented myself the day of the appointment and they tell me we can only extract 1 because your insurance only covered 1. I was confused and just said “okay”. They removed that one molar on Wednesday and today I decided to call for a general explanation. The lady that answered the phone f feels rude she said “ I already explained to you when I saw you. Can I help you with anything else” with a very annoyed voice. I literally just asked her how much they charge per molar extraction. I told her “you don’t have to be rude, can you simply answer my question” She literally raised her voice at me and told me “we charge $300 but your insurance only covered $250 but we don’t charge your insurance the full 300” I replied with “Ok thank you that’s all I needed to know” It’s sad how people like this work in this type of field where you need basic customer service skills. To think that could have been anyones elderly relative asking for simple information and being treated that way it’s unacceptable. I was going to return and pay the full price for the rest of my extraction but I’m definitely not going to waste my time. The lady with blonde platinum hair I believe Claudia is her name. Apparently she’s the office manager. If your having such a bad day don’t take it out on patients. It’s completely unacceptable. (The below response from the office is a lie. If calls are recorded it should be clear that I was never upset on the contrary i was just looking for general information kindly when I was responded in a very arrogant way) I’m apparently not the only patient that has experience such mistreatment. There is no way I’m going back, after being treated in such matter, thank you.

Lobby is clean, staff is very welcoming, dentist was gentle explained everything, treatment plan was explained to me very well along with several payment options.

I’m very satisfied and happy with all Luna’s personnel. They’re very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Luna Dental Care.

Finally a dental office that cares about treating and not simply selling expensive and unnecessary procedures. My previous dentist told me I needed two implants, a bridge, and 3 root canals all totaling nearly $10,000; come to find out that none of that was needed. All I really needed was 1 implant, a deep cleaning, and 1 root canal. I am ever so blessed to have found this office, and finally been able to get my teeth properly taken care of. I can finally eat comfortable again for the first time in years.
