I went for a regular check up and a cleaning. I had gone twice before for regular check ups. Currently I am pregnant, they told me that if I was to be seen they had to do the panoramic x ray which I had done 2 years ago and was normal. I refused the X-ray because of the pregnancy, because I did not want the radiation exposure. First, I feel discriminated, they told me to came back after I was not pregnant anymore ( pregnancy last 9 months) so they are basically de care. Second, as a patient I have the right to refuse a procedure . Third, before they didn’t use X-rays, they would do a routine exam first, and also follow the patient clinically. I took time to come from my job for the appointment and they were rude and refuse to see me. I am currently asymptomatic pretty sure I don’t have a cavity just wanted a simple cleaning done before I had my baby. Never going back again. It’s important to respect the patients wishes specially if there is a good reason for it!

The front desk staff is very nice, respectful and professional. They are insurance savvy and That made my visit pleasant. The Dental Assistant is super gentle and caring as well as the dental hygienist . The Doctor took his time to explain the treatment and the reason for the procedures. I liked that, because I can plan my treatments without any stress. Everyone is knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I am looking forward to start my treatments.

I've come to this location 5 times now and it's always a pleasant experience, despite me not liking going to the dentist. Friendly staff that works with my budget. Highly recommend. Last year, I didn't have much extra cash or insurance and they helped me get third-party financing for 0% for 6 months, which was a big deal back then. (I'm writing this because I know it's not everywhere you can get help. 10 years ago, I had an abscessed tooth emergency in Houston and a place estimated $900. When I didn't have the money or any way to borrow or get a loan, they just said "sayonara" and let me go. Later, when I had the money, the problem had gotten worse. The tooth couldn't be saved and the cost was $2500. Just saying.) And from my experience, this place won't abuse your trust or overcharge either. For example, I thought I needed something, so I agreed and signed to have it done. They decided I shouldn't do it now, and they'd just watch for a while. They cancelled my acceptance. When does THAT ever happen these days?! As for the staff, there's William the hygienist and Dr Arab who are both funny, plus the dental assistant and desk staff are all professional and approachable and easy to talk to. It was hard for me to keep from laughing once during a filling procedure. Just a warning ☺️.

I think Dr. Arab is concerned the work will fit well and is sensitive i think to my own concerns if i can adjust and if their work will be functional and not just ascestically nice.. The previous review was just for the basics, X-ray, cleaning etc This is for serious dental work, July 2022 I walk in At 8:27, I saw only three people, I spent 2hours 10 minutes, they told me I needed more X-rays, when I told them I have the piece of my broken back tooth, they said I needed another appointment so I did it for the next week, I got the confirmation call and the very day of the appointment,, they called me telling me the Doctor was not going to be here! I didn’t make another appointment!!!!!!! I’m done with this place!!!!!!! The waiting room It’s not even nice!!!!!

RIP OFF. The hygienist pulled a filling out during a rough cleaning, after I told Chris she was being too aggressive, twice. Then they charged me to repair it and laughed. They then charged over $1k for scapel cutting of my gum to perform a crown and the filling stated above. $2k+ for a crown n filling is unethical, immoral, and blatent lack of professionalism. On top of all of that, it took 7hours!! FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST!!
