Today was the worst experience at the Fairbanks office. I suggest if you use thiet service to use any other office but the Fairbanks. Office manager has no people skills. The staff is uncaring. If i could put 0 stars I would

This place has gone down hill , every time I call and get told something the complete opposite is down. I have to basically call everyday day and ask for the same thing to be done and still no one can complete the task . There horrible at time management have you waiting for hours before they call you . Been established since kool smiles and can’t wait to change dentist .

Had an amazing experience the staff is super friendly as well as doctor Mohamed Khamsi. They made going to the dentist fun.

I went here last week to get my wisdom teeth removed. Keep In Mind my husband just went threw getting his done 2 weeks prior. So I have an idea of how it work. I get here the nurse that helped me was perfect. She was nice and kind and even helped me more than I could say. I go threw my surgery for one they don’t put you to sleep so have fun dealing with the pain and pressure of everything. My doc. Didn’t get me numb properly so on the second extraction I felt the drill or clamps and everything. My husband after 5 days was able to eat everything he wanted. I’m on day 8 still in pain still hurting. My gums are growing wrong around different teeth. After surgery I bleed for 24hr straight. It took me 8 hrs to get my medication. Walmart messed it up so not on them but that was at like 2pm in the after noon we call about an hour and we choose Walgreens the second time they never put my prescription in so I didn’t get medication until 7:30pm and my husband got Tylenol plus cod. Ibuprofen, constipation meds, and a rinse. I only received Tylenol, plus cod. my surgery started at 11:30am. I have not received a phone call asking how I am. They never set up a follow up appointment with me both. Now I’m dealing with going to a ortho surgeon so I can make sure that everything is okay. This place is fine for cleanings. But I personally will not be coming back.

Very happy to get an appointment after 23 years jut to walk in to be told my Insurance isn't excepted. I was played and very disappointed Noone told me. They are liars and bad at communicating.

There are no zero stars so I must give them one star. I went to check my wisdom teeth because I have one of them inflamed, and they told me that they should take some X-rays to see what was happening. They took X-rays on the wrong tooth and the doctor didn't even want to check me giving me wrong instructions through his assistant. When I told him through the assistant (she was translating) that the x-ray they took was wrong and that the reason for my consultation was for a different tooth than the one they had in the x-ray, he told her to tell me that he couldnt examine me and that if I needed help then I should go to Juarez in a derogatory way, thinking that I didn’t speak English. I found this doctor racist and negligent and I will never go to this site again or recommend it. I will try to file a complaint with the health department for negligence.

There are better dentists in this town, find one.

5-stars all the way!!!We have had an excellent experience with pinova dental on Fairbanks the staff was wonderful and very proficient! Especially Dr.Khamsi for his wonderful personality and amazing work and Francis for being such an awesome assistant!! Thank you ALL so much for making it so special! I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone!!!

I have to move my entire schedule to be able to take my 15 month old to his medical/dental appointments, and they refused to take my baby because he was “fuzzy.” My baby is terrified of anyone in a scrub, and as a mom that is stressful enough. However, going to a place where they refuse service makes it worse, especially if the nurse keeps making faces and covering her ears because your little one is crying, their professionalism is disappointing.

Dr. Mo is amazing, he has and shows honest concern for his patients, Frances is absolutely brilliant 👏 and Donna is lovely and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.
