Very professional and accommodating. Did my cleaning and x-rays which was all painless and efficient. Doctor came and checked everything out. All decent for my age and tge amount of dental work, crowns, root canals tgat I have had done over the years. The service was fine I guess but the customer service was absolutely horrible. I showed up 20 min prior hoping to get in earlier but I didn't which was fine; however, I then waited an additional 25 minutes, and once I was in the room I was waiting for my tech because she kept socializing and was refilling the glove boxes. When my appt was finally over, I literally just needed my paperwork scanned and signed, and I stood there for 5 minutes while the receptionist talked about personal issues. She finally takes my form to get signed and is moving slow as hell so I finally said I was running late and she finally scans it in. I could’ve taken ten minutes off work instead of 50, which is the most frustrating part. Extremely dissatisfied and would definitely not recommend this place.
