I had an amazing experience here. After not having seen a dentist in a very very long time, I was terrifed about going in. Everyone was so nice and explained everything with as much detail as possible. I felt so comfortable with my care.

I liked it there friendly Workers & The Doctor Talks English not like the other place I went too !!!

We gave 5 stars but they deserve a 10 Star review for their service. Friendly staff, outstanding Dentist and excellent Dental hygienist make it an extraordinary team. People usually dread going to the dentist but your experience will be different with those folks.

My daughter loves coming here. They are kind patient and treat her with respect. This place doesnt have all the bells and whistles. However, they never tried to rip us off with unnecessary dental procedures or restrain her like some of the quote unquote pedeatric dentistry’s. Also, we never have waited to long to be seen.

The whole staff is friendly and understanding. I highly recommend this business to anyone. They know how to charge your insurance Correctly. Had a bad experience with the Patriots of Dentists they overcharges us and had to fight them for 3 months to get our refund back

Great service. They fixed my loose crown & gave me a new crown on another moler. The prices are very reasonable & the staff is professional.

So far so good. The receptionist, x-ray tech., and dental cleaning tech were very nice. The dentist was very polite and caring. He is soft spoken, poised, and calm. He explained what he could do to better my oral health. The reception verified and explained services needed, and told me what to expect to pay for each, and so it was. Today, the tech and dentist constantly asked me how I was doing while undergoing the procedure. The only thing I would recommend is to update and freshen up the reception area with clean chairs, and perhaps some artificial plants, and to repaint some of the walls throughout. I had an appointment. When we arrived, we were asked to fill out our forms, to which I noticed one form stated: "as needed." Since many of the items did not pertain to me, I did not initial, to which the front desk assistant condescendingly requested that I initial all of the items. I explained to her that those items did not pertain to me, to which she responded: "well, if you don't initial, I will have to cancel your appointment." She also informed us that we would still have to wait for the office manager to confirm our secondary insurance. I went and found the documents on my insurance information and asked her what she needed so I could send them to her. While I offered to do so, she was on the phone with the office manager. She said, "Cuanto te vas a tardar? Tengo un paciente que me esta dando much lata." I allowed her to finish her phone call, and when she did, she said I would have to wait five minutes for the office manager to get here. I then replied, "si porque te estoy dando mucha lata?" The unprofessional behavior of speaking poorly about a patient in front of the patient in Spanish and assuming that, based on my looks, I am not Hispanic is very unprofessional. Her coworker additionally witnessed it as well and made a face of disapproval. I would avoid this location at all costs. They judge a book by its cover.

Great, quick service! Didn’t wait long at all, had personalized care, and it didn’t break the bank. Staff is very welcoming and thorough. In and out for a cleaning and check up within an hour.

The experience I had at Sunny Smiles was great. The staff was extremely friendly and were helpful putting me at ease. The Dr. was also helpful seemed to be very caring and there was no pain at all. I had not been to a dentist in more than 27 years and the procedure was painless! I will recommend them.
