The dentist is the best dental office in El Paso. Quick and efficient appointment. The Manger steph and Assistant moi are very help. Highly recommend. Stayed after hours to help my wife.

I have had several cleanings here! Every time I come my experience with the staff has been amazing! Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly! I definitely recommend this place!

Worse experience. I was told I needed a crown done, after pressure from the staff on multiple visits I finally said yes. I went in for my crown procedure, and left feeling worse than I came in. I can’t brush my tooth on that side and can drink cold water or eat. I only have a temporary crown for now. I went back again due to my excessive pain, and was told I needed a root canal now ( I didn’t need one to begin with) Now they want to charge me for both the permanent crown (I don’t have yet) and a root canal. I was told over a period of 2 plus weeks a manager would call me back and they never did. Still waiting. They will only agree to fix my pain if I pay for both procedures costing over $1900. Ridiculous. I have worked in this field as a dental assistant before and never seen someone treated like this. Don’t trust their rating, they ask everyone to rate 5 stars to get a free service.

I am so happy I found this clinic! Everyone is great! All are very professional and kind. I plan to continue my dental care with them. My husband is also coming here now. I have recommended them to others a will continue to do so. And my daughter is also a satisfied patient!!!!

Horrible horrible wait times. First couple cleanings had to wait 2 hrs. Tried final time today, walked out after sitting for 1 hr in the lobby. We were told it would be faster with first appointment in the morning, which is not true. Constantly overbooks appointments and disrespectful of customers time, will never go back again.

I am very pleasantly surprised . At last I found a truly medical professional office . Everyone was professional and made me feel valued . The employees are well trained and exhibit much humanity and compassion.

Another great visit. I have been going here for a while. The staff is very generous. The hygienist Hugo was gentle on my teeth and informative. Whenever someone need dental care I always refer them.

I had a rescheduled appointment for Saturday 18 February at 11 am. I came in and waited about 5 min to check in no biggie. Front desk is rude, didn’t greet and asks how can I help you. Obviously an appointment. Now, mind you I’ve been to this office for over a year and the front desk usually greats in a friendly manner stating your name and appointment time. I get checked in for the appointment at 11am and do not get called back until 11:40am. They take X-rays and state Dr will be in soon. 12pm rolled around and was still waiting for cleaning and Dr. I walk to front desk and state I would like to cancel appointment. They ask why, I explain I’ve been waiting an hour and nothing but X-rays have been done. She states the delay is because they only have one hygienist scheduled for Saturday and that they would still bill insurance for X-rays. I absolutely didn’t agree because they didn’t fully complete the annual cleaning and checkup. She has me wait to speak with the manager Stephanie who starts conversation already defensive and stating that they make accommodations for patients to be seen on Saturday’s and basically our time isn’t of any importance because they’re already doing us the favor of being open on a Saturday. Completely unprofessional both in appearance and attitude. I requested the information of cooperate or boss and she proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t need to give me that information. You really can’t makeup this managers lack of professionalism. I’ll be waiting to receive a call from Gabby the district manager. Will never go back to such a poorly ran dental office.

Don't set an appointment expectating anything to be done. I set an appointment for a Saturday 2 weeks prior for a simple cleaning. Once I arrived It turns out that my "cleaning" appointment was just to see what needed to be done. Also turns out that despite a 2 week appointment the doctor was too busy and I would been seen "maybe" a week later.

Staff was attentive to my dental needs and Stephanie provided helpful alternatives for having affordable options for future dental procedures!

I went for a Deep Cleaning and Fillings today. Mr Hugo, the dental hygienist, is very thorough, friendly, and patient. I have a pretty high pain tolerance so this wasn't a big deal but I wish he would offer from the beginning numbing-cream at the very least. I'm sure a lot of other people would appreciate it. He did an excellent job tho. When it came to the fillings, the Doctor was so nice. However, because they are often so busy they try to start things right away. I've been to many dentists over the course of my life and I know better and when to stand my ground. After the anesthetics he was like "I think we can start" and I was like "No. Give it a few minutes to kick in " so he took off for a little while to attend another patient. When he came back and started on the fillings I was always very wary of when things started to get uncomfortable. See, they tell you to to tell them.. so do it! If it starts to hurt they'll fix it! Don't just take it! Like in any relationship COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Anyway, I'm barely getting my face to feel something again and my jaw hurts like a mofo @_@ but it's normal since I had my jaw open for so long. And let's not forget about the assistants and staff! Always so friendly and courteous. All in all, a good place to go. They're often super busy tho, I wish they would give themselves a little break in between patients.

I wish I could go back and figure out how to delete any positive review I have placed. I regret 100% ever referring this office. The worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Very rude staff. I will NEVER go back. The only silver lining is, we have other choices. I will 100% be taking my business and my families business elsewhere. AVOID at all costs.

Easy to make an appointment, when arriving they were so very quick to get everything done in an efficient mannner and very understanding to any procedures or questions you may have!

Efficient and everyone is friendly! Loved having a full conversation about what needed to be done before any work was done and before they had me in the examination chair. Quite pleased with my experience!

Friendly services, great staff. They seem to not be staffed right for cleaning bc I waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appt to get my cleaning done and that’s only bc I had to go tell someone that I did t much time to wait. Which I didn’t bc I work and it’s my only day off during the week to get things done.
