I have been working with Dr Rachel for almost a year now on my smile, after several years of missing my regular cleanings and not prioritizing my dental health. From the beginning she has been understanding, thorough, and supportive as we have worked together to get my teeth back in good shape and improve my smile. I am so happy with the results, and so grateful for her advocating for me every step of the way. I will never go to another dentist, because Dr Rachel is the best!

From the moment I walked in there every things and everyone was nice. The service I received was superb! Maci was great down to the dentist himself! I would definitely say people go there!!!

Our last visit with my 2 daughters was excellent. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. Our dentist was very patient with my daughters and made them feel at ease their appointments. The office was equipped with the latest technology, which made the experience more efficient and effective. We found the prices to be fair in the area. Overall, we satisfied with our experience at Prestige Family Dentistry and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a family dentist.

Going to Prestige doesn’t feel like going to the dentist. It’s just another appointment—no stress, no fear. I see Dr. Rachel, and she’s simply the best. She has guided me through cleanings, fillings, and even Invisalign. She is patient and informative. I like knowing exactly what’s coming up next when it comes to my teeth, and Dr. Rachel never leaves me in the dark. My teeth are straight and clean, and I’ve never been more excited to smile! I’ve seen several techs now as well, and I hate that I can’t remember names to give them credit for their stellar service, but it also just goes to show that no matter who helps you at Prestige, you’re in caring, capable hands. As for the office, it’s always clean and inviting. As an HGTV junkie, I appreciate that their TVs are almost always on that channel. The receptionists are savvy enough to have you checked in almost the second you walk through the door, but heads up: to be this quick with check-ins, they will take a profile picture at your first appointment. The staff does their best to make sure you’re comfortable both waiting for and during your appointment. I particularly like that they hand you sunglasses before shining the bright overhead light into your mouth, but that’s just me. The exam rooms are open, yet still feel private enough. Checking out is a breeze. If you want to have a consultation for something like Invisalign, they courteously take you to the other side of the office to discuss pricing in relative private. From start to finish, an appointment here just feels easy. I honestly can’t remember how going to the dentist felt before I found Prestige.

Wonderful experience. Received excellent service from booking appointment to tooth extraction. Stayed away from dentist so many years having bad experiences. Prestige was helpful , compassionate to my fears,fast and efficient, pain free experience. Thank you so much.

First time here and me being over due for a dental cleaning they had my teeth looking so clean with that Colgate smile afterwards. The staff was very professional and attending. I liked how they had the perfect amount of staff for all their patients so you didn’t feel neglected or have to wait for anything.

Make my first appointment over the phone for a routine check-up and not knowing what to expect!! Dr.DiRusso was amazing and kind. He took his time to explain the procedure, care, and my concern. No rush!! The staff members were nice and willing to do extra work to find out my insurance questions during the visit. Thank you to Rachel.
