I have been visiting Renew Family Dentistry for many years now and had a wonderful experience each time. Everyone I have referred so far have shared great reviews too. Dr. Probst is the best and is always assuring with all his treatments. The staff is amazing and the ease of scheduling/rescheduling appointments on text messages is one of the best features. The clinic is far from where I live and yet I prefer to stay with this dental care provider for their amazing service.

Updated: Even after spending $25K on getting a whole mouth full of teeth, I still had to get them all extracted. I saw several doctors after Dr. Maxwell told me he could do nothing else for me and every one of them told me that he should have never replaced those teeth because of my cancer and the extensive radiation!! Dr. Maxwell said he did it because I came to him crying. I rather he was honest instead of worrying about my tears!!! Beware: Don't cry or you will get ripped off!!! _____________________________________________________________________________ I would like to thank Dr. Maxwell and his staff for the tender, loving, and care that I received on my last visit! I had a root canal and I promise you that Dr. Maxwell and the beautiful ladies on his staff made my experience as gentle and painless as possible. I had spine surgery 4 weeks ago and Dr. Maxwell made a point to keep me comfortable. I even took a nap. :) I recommend Dr. Maxwell to anyone who needs any special treatment. He has even pulled my son baby teeth which had no desire to fall out on their own. My baby has special needs and didn't even know his teeth was out because he was so preoccupied watching some of his favorite shows on TV. Go visit Dr. Maxwell and the beautiful ladies in his office. He has treatments for the entire family. I have been seeing him for 4 years and I travel about 40 miles for my visit.

I hate going to the dentist! I mean, who doesn’t, but if you must go then make sure you go to Renew Family Dentistry. Excellent and friendly staff, all of them… they go the extra steps to make sure you are taken care of in every way, and the Dentist…? Dr. Probst may be a KC Chiefs fan, but that’s the only knock I have on him. He genuinely cares about you and your well being, he is legit excellent at what he does and makes you feel comfortable being there, almost enough to make you look forward to going to the dentist 😁 I highly recommend Renew Family Dentistry.

Unprofessional. I was told I would not be charged for a follow-up appointment after a procedure. My insurance was billed. It did not pay and I was charged and have been threatened with legal action for not paying the bill.

I had a great experience during my first visit at the Renew Family Dentistry. The staffs are very professional, courteous and polite. Monika, the hygienist was absolute gentle, sweet and upfront about everything and made me comfortable. As I continued with my second visit, Dr. Ren impressed me with her professionalism on the work she does. She is very friendly and willing to explain everything before the procedure and even multiple check-ins to make sure I am feeling right after the procedure. First of all I have never written a 1 star review before this. As I see with every other negative review I'm sure they will have a snarky rebuttal, but instead of responding on here I wish they would pick up their phone and call me. That is my issue- I feel that I was inappropriately billed for a routine checkup that both my husband and I have gotten here for years with the same insurance with no out of pocket expense (the amount was minimal but to me it's the principal). For 5 days I tried to get ahold of the billing department, promised they would call me back that day, and never received a call. I ended up paying the bill so I can be done with this place after lack of communication. As far as the care recieved it was as expected. The dentists have turned over but both the old and the new 2 are good at what they do. The front office and billing department are the reasons I will not return. There are too many other options to not be treated with respect and kindness.

Had my first visit recently and the front staff is friendly. Monica, the dental hygienist did a great job and Dr. Ren was nice. While the visit did take longer than I expected I don’t think I’ve had such a thorough look of my teeth and they have some new technology I had not seen before that allows you to see your teeth in more detail with the digital scanning. Monica and Dr. Ren explained everything that I was seeing to know what I could do to help my teeth stay healthy.
