Angela is certainly not the friendliest receptionist within this office. Constantly hangs up on you before you can get state the reason for your call. Not very professional/welcoming especially being the first contact for this practice, unfortunately.

The best dentist in the area, in my honest opinion. The staff is always very kind and helpful, and I've only had good experiences with Dr. Welsh. I have always had problems with my teeth, but they never make me feel uneasy about them or pressure me to do anything unnecessary. On Labor Day Sunday, I bit into a cob of corn only to have my front crown move. Of course this was extremely unexpected after not having any problems for 20 years when the crown was placed. (I have to preface this with: I HATE DENTIST!!!). After having a horrific experience with an Amarillo dentist 10 years ago, I had been derilect in oral healthcare. I frantically searched for a local dentist on FB and found Dr Kelly Henderson page and sent a message. Within the hour, I received a return message for an appointment on Labor Day!! I met Dr Henderson and his nurse Sara at his office on Labor Day. After x-rays, it was determined that it was more serious that a loose crown. I had a broken tooth. Dr Henderson and Sara spent approximately 4 HOURS (on their holiday) stabilizing my tooth and put on a temporary. I was sent to a periodontist in Amarillo, Dr Collins within days. Dr Henderson, Sara, Angela and his entire staff have given me a whole new appreciation for what dentist should be.. extraordinary professional, dedication combined with kindness and outstanding patient care. I can not say enough good things about Dr Kelly Henderson and his staff. This experience has restored my faith in the dental experience. If you are looking for a dental professional that blends kindness with exceptional patient care, I strongly urge you to make an appointment today. I have several months before my procedure is complete, but I can now say that not all dental experiences are the same. Dr Henderson is amazing. Thank you, thank you and thank you again to Dr Henderson and the staff of Fritch Dental Group.
