I have been going to Dr. Mai for over 20 years. Dr. Mai and her entire staff are excellent!!!!!

Highly recommend! I cannot say enough good things about everyone here at Mai Dentistry. I first came to Dr. Mai back in 2010 and have been coming back to her for my routine dental work on a regular basis. Dr. Mai and the team members were thorough and professional in their recommended treatment plan, and helped me understand how critical my oral health is to my overall health. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL . The Staff is great, efficient, diligent , friendly and as painless as you can be at a dentist. Dr. Mai herself will stay with you until she feels that it is perfectly done. Very pleased and thankful that Dr. Mai was able to see me and determine that the discomfort I am experiencing is probabbly due to a root canel in my near future. She gave me her reference for a specialist. This appointment was last minute and Martha was able to worked me in for x-rays and exam. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Very thankful

Everyone at Dr Mai’s office is amazing. I’ve been going there for almost 2 decades. Everyone is super helpful and kind! It is a very culturally diverse office and I for one am very grateful for that! 💜

I felt a little nervous going to the dentist this year, however, Mai Dentistry put me at ease. They are following all CDC guidelines to keep themselves and their patients safe. Further, Dr. Mai does excellent dental work/ pain free! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve never come back to any dentist after the first time, but Dr Mai is different. I feel Dr. Mai is caring for her patient than other dentists I met. I don’t think I would go for any other dentist than Dr Mai.

Dr. Mai is the best dentist ! She is a perfectionist in her work; she makes sure that everything is perfect. I have had bad experiences in the past with other dentists but not anymore thanks to Dr. Mai. She even calls her patients at night to make sure that they are doing ok. Her staff are exceptional. They are all sweet and some have been with her for almost 20 years!! Go to Mai Dentistry if you are looking for an honest, gentle dentist.

Super service! No complaints at all, everyone was very helpful! I usually get anxious about the dentist but totally relaxed here. The small details really made me feel comfortable. And most important was the cleaning and fillings were painless and done really well and quickly.

Horrible experience! I cannot believe some of the ratings listed for this dentist. This is by far the worst dentist I have ever met. Her attitude toward her employees is below par right along with her work. She filled my tooth and it now looks like a piece of Chicklet gum. Thankfully, it's located at the rear of my mouth however, due to the shabby work, my upper bridge broke as a result of this super large tooth clapping against the bridge. I cried for two days each time I looked at the tooth!!! She kept repeating, "this was a tough one, this was a tough one". Never returning!

I have had years and years of dental work in and assorted amount of Dennist jn my time. Dr. Mai is exceptional as well as her staff. I moved two hours away but still come to Dallas just for her work

I have been going here about 10 years and there is no better service or dentist in all of Dallas/Forth Worth. They are the very best in all they do

Dr. Mai treats our entire family and is a perfectionist. She is skilled and gifted at what she does and shows that she cares for everyone. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist and love that she gets them treats! Thank you for all that you do for our entire family!

When I came into Dr. Mai’s Office the first time, my teeth were in pretty bad shape. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time because my last dentist made a filling too big and it hit my other teeth. I ended up in tons of pain and had to go back in to get it sanded down. I finally went to Dr. Mai. When she filled my fillings, she double checked to make sure they didn’t hit other teeth by using some kind of marking paper to check the bite after. I also have an extremely small mouth and everyone there has skinny fingers! I can’t tell you how many dentists I’ve had who had huge, fat fingers that would gag me and nearly break off my jaw. Speaking of jaws, I also have TMJ and my jaw gets really sore when I hold it open too long. They always give me time to rest it. Everyone there is very kind and I’ve never had a bad experience there. I’ve been going there since 2012. I highly recommend it!

I stared going to Dr. Mai after my husband told me how good her and her staff were. The office personal are so friendly and caring. Dr. Mai remembers what you told her from the last visit and honestly cares about you. There is no pain when you go see her, believe me I have been to more than my share of dentists where I couldn't wait to leave. I highly recommend Dr. Mai and her staff for the forever dentistry. Dr. Mai is the the BEST. So kind, friendly, genuine, professional, considerate, thorough and amazing at her job. The customer service was awesome. Right from the moment you walk in you're treated like family. Dr. Mai explains everything in detail and always tells me what to expect - which goes a long way to minimize the dental anxiety factor. She cleaned my teeth very thoroughly but also gently. She is so kind and caring! All of the services she provided were done with my comfort in mind. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing dentist. Make an appointment and you'll never want to go to another dentist!

We have been coming to Dr. Mai for more than 15 years. You could not ask for a better dentist or staff! They are all truly wonderful!

I’ve been going to Dr. Mai for about 15 years now. I’ve moved quite a few times over the years around the area and have never even considered switching to a closer Dentist. The entire staff is so personable. They really get to know you as a person and ask every single visit how my family is doing. Dr. Mai has had a steady staff almost the entire time that I’ve been seeing her, which says a lot because her employees really love their job. They go out of their way to make sure you are 100% comfortable. When I needed my wisdom teeth out, she arranged for the surgeon to come to her office because it’s a familiar and comfortable environment for me. Dr. Mai personally calls the evening of your procedure to make sure you are feeling ok. I have started taking my 2 year old, and wouldn’t trust her with anyone other than Dr. Mai. Appointment scheduling is a breeze and they are very flexible and wait time is little to none. I highly recommend everyone to Dr.Mai.
