Please go anywhere but here for anything major. The dental hygienist Melissa is amazing and can not say enough good things about her. Hoping she works for a better dentist in the future. The dentist is extremely unprofessional and often in a rush to leave to go see her adult child at college. Her work is questionable at best. I’m certain any dental student could do better. I’ve spent hundreds probably thousands to still need someone to further evaluate and fix her mistakes. It’s impossible to get an appointment within a timely manner. I know several other patients who have been left with adverse effects of her poor quality work and treatment. I’m not sure of the clear definitions for dental malpractice but she definitely should be investigated by a governing body. If she is preoccupied with personal matters she should quit and focus on that instead of leaving patients to deal with the aftermath.

Great follow up. The whole staff seemed very caring and concerned about me after my procedure. Never has a dentisit followed up with me two days in a row not even once. Mockingbird staff went above and beyond to let me know they cared. Whole staff is very pleasant. Highly recommend them for your oral care.

This little place just before Bass Pro is the best. Everyone there is friendly and gives great service. They staff call before to confirm benefits and remind you of the appointment. Dr.Bella is great. I am usually fearful because it always hurts just a little. My cleaning and exam were totally painless and thorough.

My dentist retired so I went to Dr. Rollins for a cleaning who told me I needed a filling redone. I hadn’t had one in years and didn’t have any issues. The filling was super painful. I had to get it filed due to my bite being off and had to wait a week in pain while she was on vacation. I told her I still had throbbing and she thought I was fine since the pain wasn’t waking me up at night. Two months later I call about the same pain and I am charged for my follow up visit. I needed a root canal and a crown. I always had to wait a long time at appointments and never an apology. I wish I would have gotten a second opinion on that filling. Later I realized it seemed she was selling services like sealant and other things my dentist never discussed. Do not recommend.

I’d highly recommend Melissa at Mockingbird Dental. I’ve been with Melissa for many years. Once Dr.Trees closed his practice, she transferred her. My first visit was very warm and inviting. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and very helpful. As always, my visit with Melissa was A+++. Overall, a positive experience!

This has been my dentist office for years and I have no plans of changing any time soon. They are always hospitable. My dentist, Dr. Mckinney, always makes a point of checking up on how my life, going above and goes beyond what is normally expected from a dentist. As a side note: It looks like one person is intentionally tanking the reviews which is why I decided to write my review. Both the accounts with last name Tolbert, pernell young, and Life's legacy all created negative reviews on the same day and use similar language to describe their experience. Don't let one disgruntled customer influence your decision to go to this practice.

Not professional, not kind, not considerate. Worst dental practice I've ever been to in life. They didn't help me at all and had no concern for my well being. Dr Mckinney was nice but the rest of the staff was very rude and did not value our time or money. We felt very taken advantage of leaving the office and during this rough time (COVID-19) you want to go to a place that is considerate of financial problems before overcharging people.
