Dr Naren has no bedside manner at all I had to continue to let him know I was experiencing pain during the procedure Once he responded “ I’m almost finished give just a little more time” he was in my opinion rough, Calais and didn’t seem to care at all My daughter expressed a similar experience. Then they said they did a cleaning that they charged the coverage for but never did the cleaning. He kept asking me about future procedures before completing the first one. I had to go to another dentist to get information and proper care. He neglected to tell me or even discuss with me other issues I was dealing with. This office is very concerned about insurance payments and not about the health and wellness of their patients. My advice go to Bravo Dental the experience care and dentist are much better This is my opinion and I stick to it

Excellent dental office. Very impressive staff and dentist. Looked for so many dentists and they couldn't fix me properly. Dr.C was very helpful to explain everything and he was very patient with me. They accepted my dental insurance and helped me to get my teeth removed and get teeth. Very kind and passionate dentist. Office was nice and clean. Moving all my family here. Highly.

Update: when the doctor found out about my experience, I was contacted immediately. While front desk staff did not apologize for their actions or behaviors the doctor made sure that he contacted me to apologize and figure out what is going on, he also spoke with his staff, apologized and did his very best to make things right which I appreciate more than anything. Victoria & Michelle have also been always extremely present when I have been able to speak with them. My experience with this office has been horrible. I paid in full for an implant in August 2022. My insurance has been billed and has also distributed payment for work that has not been completed and should have been completed November 2022. It is now January 2023 and I’m still being advised that my crown will not be placed until February. I have been getting the run around from several office staff members including the office Manager Kay who is extremely rude. Office staff have been screening my calls and refusing to allow me to speak to the doctor despite me asking several times on several different occasions. I was told my crown had to go to two different labs before being returned for placement. The crown was sent to the first lab on 12/12. The crown was delivered to the second lab on 12/27. I contacted my insurance who advised they’d billed and issued payment to the dental office for my crown being seated which shouldn’t have been done until after the work had been completed. The insurance contacted the dentist who advised my insurance that I could come in at 3:30pm on 1/31/23 for my crown to be placed. I spoke with Michelle and was advised that my crown would be delivered to be placed between 1/20-1/24. She advised that she spoke with the lab and was assured that my crown would be in by this date. I received a text message advising that I had an appointment scheduled for 1/24/23 at 12:30pm. I called to verify that my crown had been delivered because there had been a previous instance where I went

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. THE DENTIST AND STAFF ARE UNORGANIZED. LIED CONSTANTLY ABOUT SETTING ME APPOINTMENT FOR A SPECIALTIST. DID WORK ON MY TOOTH THEN IT GETS INFECTED AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE IT. GOOD LUCK WITH THEM. BAD SERVICE/ HORRIBLE DENTISTRY WORK
