UPDATE 2022: Even when they give you some not so great news about your teeth, they do it well! Super sensitive, provide you with options, what they recommend, costs so you don't have any surprises. Not sure who does the hiring, but they are all wonderful people here ❤ UPDATE 2020: They have expanded their office but still provide amazing service, even during these COVID times. Everyone is so nice and accommodating! ORIGINAL POST: I have been going to this dental office since I moved here in 2011. Every experience is always excellent! The dentist and staff are very friendly and personable. You can also watch Netflix during cleanings (which are gentle but thorough) and other procedures. And I'm really bad with X-rays (gagging and such), but they are always so patient and try to make it easier on me while getting the images needed. I highly recommend this office to everyone!

I can not express just how much I appreciate and am thankful to have the chance to get dental care from the North Texas dental teams. Shoutout to the Icons Jackie and Dr.Choi from the Mckinney location because they instantly made me feel comfortable about my wisdom teeth surgery months ago and Jackie was a god send for working with me as a broke grad student to still be able to find a way to provide care and do what needed to be done. I also want to shout out Jen at the Grapevine location because she is such a light and it's always wonderful getting to speak with her and I appreciate how she always makes sure I am recovering properly and helping with all the questions I have. They are truly the it girls and the moment! I really can't recommend them enough, if anything both staffs at each location are extremely kind and really do see you as a person first and not just another paycheck.
