I was scheduled for an appointment which I showed up and were closed. Then they rescheduled for another date to find out by staff I wasn’t scheduled for a visit. Terrible staff coordination. Double and triple check before you go.

Me pusieron brackets, durante un año lo único que me hacían era cambiarme las ligas, no cambiaban nisiquiera el alambre hasta que les dije Cada que iba había un doctor diferente y todos me decían que se tenia que hacer algo diferente en mi proceso, nunca me terminaron de quedar bien los dientes, deje de ir y nisiquiera me hablaron para saber porque (ya habia terminado de pagar, yo creo por eso) Mejor fui a México a que me los quitaran y arreglaran.

I am very happy with the staff and the dentist. He had a tuff one with me, but kept me from seeing the surgeon for removal of a tooth that didn't want to leave. But he did it. And staff is so friendly and helpful to understand everything. I will definitely refer everyone to Brident with all dental care. Don't let this one pass you by

Appointments are constantly overbooked. Waited over 80 minutes past our appointment time without being called. Been coming here for years yet you'll wait even if you arrive early. Terrible office management with bad communication. Won't be coming back to Kim.
