NO stars! Rude lady dentist. 😒 She was cold as ice during a working interview I had there. Treated me so badly in front of a patient and their parent, and I'll never forget how low she made me feel. I just needed more hands on experience for the job. There was no need to completely tear me down the way she did.

I've been going to Gentle Touch for 10+ years. I was deathly afraid of dentists until I seen Dr. Farrackhnejad. He really is Gentle & cares for his patients. The whole Staff is always so welcoming. Very disappointed in my service yesterday. They where running behind schedule and instead of telling me and allowing me the choice to wait or reschedule I waited 30min after getting my teeth brushed and I was not seen so I left. I understand being behind it happens, but let me know and let me choose if I can or want to wait -I got a call before getting there if I could come early and I told the receptionist no but would be happy to reschedule- and was told no just come at my Appointment time and they would take care of me - After getting up to leave the dentist gonna have the nerve to tell me she wait 2hr in the waiting area when she go to her dr appointment - that has nothing to do with me and for her to say that to me was inconsiderate and unprofessional - and they are usually not like that - it was an off day and a waste of my time - so irritated

Be warned! They will over-charge you and give you the run around when questioned about it. keep all your out of pocket Pymt receipts. I spent hours on the phone with both my dental insurance companies getting educated on billed amounts and approved/in-network approved amounts by the insurance companies. Trying to get an understanding as to how I could possibly owe $2357 even after finding out my primary dental insurance didn't cover implants but my secondary did especially after I've already paid $2200 dollars out of pocket, $1800 for the procedure & $400 for bone grafts. I'm preparing to sue them in court to remedy this injustice. Stay away from Gentle Touch Dentistry, 500 E. CENTEX EXPY., Harker Heights, TX 76548.

My family and I have been clients since 2005 and we love our Dentists and their staff. They are gentle, informative, polite and very clean. During the beginning of COVID my husband had a tooth emergency and I was able to contact Dr. Tamorisi and she went out of her way to help us. Carmen and Jeanette are also great front desk ladies!

They were charging a lot and then I paid cash to get my tooth pulled and she broke another tooth by pulling that one tooth If she didn’t fix it she was trying to charge me for another pull so now I’m in bad pain for my other tooth

Awful. The male dentist poked me in my gum hard. When I reared up because of the pain, all he said was for me to sit still and not move. He continued to poke me in my gum and causing such pain. Everytime I made a noise that I was in pain all he could say was sit still and do not move. After the 1st time, I reared up I did not move. Eventually, I sat up when I could not take the pain anymore. He instructed me to lay back down. I told him NO, he had put in so much pain I was leaving. When the Temple VA had referred me to Gentle Touch Dentistry, I was excited. Gentle Touch Denistry is within walking distance of my house/home. At NO time did the dentist say I am sorry, I will try to be more gentle. The name Gentle Touch Denistry is a joke. There is no such thing as a Gentle Touch at Gentle Touch Denistry. I told a friend about my experience and she said that husband and fellow dentist would have never done what this male dentist did to me. My friend and her husband own a Dental Clinic where her husband still works as a dentist.This make dentist ignored the fact that I was on Psych meds. I have told the VA what this male dentist did to me.

The best way to describe my last experience at Gentle Touch Dentistry was absolutely frightful!!! I was there to see the oral surgeon for a consultation, and I ended up waiting approximately 45 minutes in the exam chair before I decided to exit. However, that is not the worst part. Their room set up is horrible. They have these open air bays that provide no privacy. Case in point, the young lady in the bay adjacent to mine was giving her health history to the oral surgeon. Not only did I find out this young lady's name, but also that see was being treated for an STD. How mortifying?!? Imagine if I knew this young woman. It was dreadful which is why I ended up leaving. This was a clear violation of patient privacy, and HIPPA. I can't speak for anyone else, but this alone was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. If you want your most intimate medical information exposed to other patients, then by all means go to Gentle Touch Dentistry.

I have attended this office for my Works years. I have had cleanings, wisdom teeth removed, fillings, and crowns. They have always been professional and courteous. After all the years I have been coming they treat me just like family that they haven’t seen since the last family reunion. It’s a warm welcome and open arms. Great team here

If you ever have to give these crooks cash up front when you have insurance be sure you record the conversation. I've been waiting 3 months now for a refund for me having to pay out of pocket because they ran my insurance after I had my wisdom teeth removed. I will be taking legal action against this scam company as well as filling a suit with the BBB. NEVER have anything done here they are straight garbage.

Always a great experience! I chipped a front tooth on a Friday morning, I called even knowing they were closed. Just so happen my dentist answered the phone and told me to come on in that they would be there catching up on paper work! Iv never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in a chair.
