I have had the worst experience with them. My daughter and I are patients at Sabal Dentistry and the office staff is horrible. I have been going before they switched over to Sabal Dentistry. The dentist prior to them was wonderful had no problems until they switched over to Sabal Dentistry which is under the direction of Dr Valerie Drake. I had my mother take my daughter into have some teeth extractions they overcharged her I guess they thought they could take advantage of a senior citizen. Then when I asked my ex-husband which is border patrol to pay his half he says oh no I'm waiting for the claims to go through. I waited three months no response call Sabal again ask my ex-husband to pay me his half and they gave him a different amount. From November till now I have done nothing but fight with them. I had to threaten them with five on my side to get them to do what my ex-husband in Border Patrol and Sabal dentisty couldn't do and that was fax the Metlife benedits to get my insurance. I simple fax that takes about 5 minutes they couldn't do going on 5 months. I would get all sorts of excuses from them. Wait three more months they're still waiting on the claims on and on. Come to find out they hadn't even filed a claim with my insurance. Pretty sad for some lazy people. At this point in time I'm still waiting on my reimbursement and I suggest no one to go with them. This has caused me to leave some pretty good hygienists. Now I'm looking for another dentist office. I also feel that Crystal and Alicia should be reprimanded they're the ones that I spoke to the most and just kept me hanging like an idiot. The only person that did help me with Sylvia at Doctor Drake's office. The other two need to be reprimanded.

I had been experiencing pain in my jaw, neck and ear area for about a week. After a visit with my GP, he told me to visit a dentist and my Wife referred me to Dr. Drake. I called their office and they were able to fit me right in their busy schedule to help me out. I drove from McAllen to Harlingen just to see her and I was very impressed on how quickly she was able to identify the problem, the options I had and she explained everything in detail. I had a wisdom tooth extracted and was very pleased with the experience. Dr. Drake and her staff are true professionals at every level. I found my new dentist . Thank you Dr. Drake!
