Dr. Chu, as well as his staff, make you feel like you are his only patient! They are so attentive, on time, professional, EXPERTS with newest technologies, and are very kind people. All this with a waiting room to capacity! I was referred to Dr.Chu about 3 years ago by my retired dentist whom I was with for over 20 years. Once I was on board with dr. Katy Dental Experts is the most exceptional dental office I have ever been to. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and organized the office was. I was immediately addressed by name and escorted to a patient room prepared for my procedure. Dr. Chu was professional and personal with me, treating me with care and expertise. I had previously gotten bad dental work, so I came in with great anxiety. However, Dr. Chu made me feel very comfortable. Most importantly, he saved my teeth and made them look beautiful again. Not only was the treating doctor good, but the assisting staff was also very kind. They cared for all my needs and helped me feel calm and safe during my procedures. I highly recommend this office.
