Excellent visit. Did a great job and was very friendly.

We came in to have a silver crown replaced that my son had worn down. As a parent I was a little anxious about the procedure, but the staff was so great. The dentist explained everything to my son and had such a calm demeanor that everything went off without a hitch. They praised my son for his braveness and made him feel special. We have used Monarch for 7 years and I have been very pleased.

They are always so nice and know how to make you comfortable.

Lied about an appointment. Refuse to fix.

Great staff. Patient and very willing to discuss options. The technicians and dentists are also thorough and do their best not to cause excessive discomfort even if it means they take longer.

Dentist, hygienist and dental assistant were all wonderful. The hygienist always does a thorough job cleaning my teeth.

Dr. Horner and her staff are the absolute best. I used to hate going to the dentist, but now this is easy as pie. Very gentle and do a fantastic job!!

Zero stars if I could. Horrible. Never will be taking my child there again.

Everyone seems focused on me each step of the way leaving me with a sense of security that I’m in good hands. I would like to include the positive fact that when I first went to monarch, they were thorough on all X-rays and were eager to speak with my prior dentist to make sure they are on the same page with my work. That’s what I call going the extra mile. They even gave me a great discount so I could afford to get the job done perfectly affordable! I’m glad I chose Monarch Dental & Orthodontics!!!!

Dr. Elliott is awesome. Professional and thorough. The staff is the most upbeat I have ever come across in a dental office.

Nice people great job, but I have additional dental insurance and their policy is to just charge our primary insurance and not contact our supplemental insurance. Just want everyone to be aware of this.

I'd never been to a Monarch Dental, and they do have a different system than I'm used to (consult & plan made the 1st appt, then come back for a cleaning), but the staff working here is why I'll keep coming back. I had a crown and filling done on the same side. When I came back for the permanent crown, I opted for no numbing. Really dumb, right? I almost jumped through the roof when the cold adhesive hit my nerves. Cleaning was next, and 3 different ppl checked on my pain before doing anything near that area. The dentist then personally walked 2 Advil and a bottle of water to me in the chair. 😭 Best experience ever.

The lady that did my cleaning (Kelly maybe) was absolutely wonderful.

Great Doctor and staff! Holly at the desk, was great in explaining the procedures to me in a way I could completely understand.

Staff is very friendly and efficient. I really like my dentist Dr.U. She explains everything in detail regarding your treatment and answers my questions in a way to educate me about my oral care. Also, I would like to acknowledge the office manager Michelle who has always stayed on top of my schedule and billing!

Got my wisdom teeth taken out, so far everything is good! They to really good care of me!
