I never have any issues when coming here. This office came highly recommended from my boyfriend (who does not like going to the dentist). I get a reminder text and email of my upcoming appointment. From the front desk, dental hygienist, dentist and finance everyone is always very welcoming. I have had several appointments before I was pregnant, one while pregnant and most recently my first appointment postpartum. Josh remembered that I would have had my baby recently and asked how we were both doing. I love that they actually take the time to get to know their patients.

I had a slight dental emergency. I called and Alex at the front was so sweet and and informative. This whole visit was nothing short but amazing. From check in to check out. Dr. Argandona was so gentle & thorough throughout my visit and her dental assistant Margo was so sweet and attentive as well. I had some nerves about going in because dentist visits aren’t exactly at my to do list but after how I was treated here I would definitely recommend and will be going back for future care.

Was going here on a regular basis, several years ago. I had to have an extraction. When the tooth came out, she kept scraping the inside with one of those picks. I told her I could feel it and it hurt. She kept going until I finally used my forearm to block my mouth. They misdiagnosed/mistreated a tooth for months, then had to send me to a real dentist to fix it. The tooth still hurts to the touch, and the only way to get rid of the pain is to remove the tooth. Thanks for wasting my money. EDIT/RESPONSE: "since we don't find you as a patient of record" More ineptness. You don't remember sending me a pathetic, pouty letter after I said I didn't want to come back? "we would love to make things right" How? By shutting down and giving everyone their money back?
