The Longview team was nothing but awesome and helpful with me. Very informative and thorough and helped me get options lined out for immediate wisdom teeth removal. Went Friday for X-rays and exams and they had me in for surgery today. Great staff.

My Aspen Dental experience was the best ever, Administrative, Technicians and Medical Staff was excellent. They are true professionals at their jobs, provided care beyond what I expected. After recently cared for in Boston, Ohio and Florida Dental offices, I could compare Aspen Dental to other Dentistry.

Had dental emergency and they were able to get me in first thing this morning when they opened. They were very thorough at finding out what was causing my tooth pain.

The temporary dentures you have to wear for the first 4 or 5 months do not fit my mouth. I have told them on 4 occasions I could not eat with them, I bite my mouth when talking . My tounge gets hung on the roof of the denture. They will not fix them. I paid all money up front and now don't hear a word from them.

Went last year and was told that my insurance will cover everything. I asked them to not do anything that insurance will not cover it but they lied and did it anyway. They cracked few of my teeth while cleaning. Never go back there. Looking for new dentist now. My front teeth will never be pretty again from small cracked and broken.

First time experience was great.The whole staff was helpful with all my questions. My dentures will be ready in ten days,looking forward to a bright new smile.

Everyone was great , was able to get the teeth pulled that was hurting me . Figured out a game plan for the long run . Love the staff here!

I haven't been to the dentist in awhile and was really worried about my smile. So called Aspen Dental they got me an appointment right away. Went in and was able to do 90% of what I needed right then. There was financial help and everything. I am glad I made the call and my teeth are to!

Poor customer service every time. Only reason I go is due to the credit card I have with them. I left the Tyler location to go to Longview location and still got rude customer service nobody seems to have patience r the care I called both locations today and neither agent gave me their names that answer the phone. The Longview location stated I never been there before which was a lie and that they close at five. It’s very hard trusting a company with your teeth when agent representing the company r rude which teeth is very valuable and once they’re gone it’s gone. The tyler agent didn’t even care to see if there was any Saturday date when the longview agent gave me their date right away. It brings me frustration and anxiety and I don’t want to jump place to place to get my teeth finish. Customer care is important specially when it comes to teeth. It’s like going to a fast food restaurant and you get rude service you’re not going to want to eat there again.

Overall, impressed. Seemed to listen to me and my desires, prompt service. Only complaint was that they let me walk out of the office with a big glob of impression material imbedded in my moustache, that I didn’t find out about until I went to another store! Very embarrassing!

They were excellent, very professional and patient, assuring, I really like the atmosphere.

Corporate dental office that treats patients like numbers

I had a lower denture implant performed at Longview Aspen. The dentist did a very poor job, as compared to the follow up. The first dentist apparently skipped many steps plus did not give me antibiotics and I developed a severe infection. After removing the implants and scraping the infection out, I was put on antibiotics. 2 months later, 2 new implants were installed. They had to be put in different locations due to the first mess so they do not work as well. I was going to have Aspen build an upper denture as soon as I recovered financially from the $8000 + cost of the lower. I lost a tooth from the upper and needed it replaced until I could get a new upper. They had me come in 3 times and the 3rd trip, to drop it off, I was told that due to a “new” policy, they would not replace the tooth since they didn’t build the denture. I was not happy and the Office Manager was supposed to call. Over a week later and after numerous calls to try to speak with the manager, I have not received a call. Very poor response for someone that spent so much money and endured so much pain and discomfort due to their mistake. I will now seek legal aid for the first botched procedure. I will not be going back for any more work there.

I highly recommend this place. If you like to be scared and in pain. 30 minutes pulling my tooth to have it be broken in half and being told I can't be numbed no more. Yes as I was healing, pieces of my tooth where coming out.

First visit and everything was was done according to what I was told. I have been back several times to get adjustments on my denture; I have had to wait to be called back as much as 15 minutes after my appointment time. After receiving my denture and trying to eat a piece of steak, I learned that I had made a Big mistake: Aspen makes dentures that give you a great smile, not so you can enjoy eating again. They make Plastic dentures, not what I expected. It pays to do your reseach.

Eating pizza a semicircle chipped out of a 12 month old bottom plate. I dropped it off for a repair and $138.00 later I got back my lower denture to find that one tooth is completely exposed. The repair looks like it was done by a grad student. The repair is overtly visible. The standard of workmanship is really shocking. If it wasn’t the Monday before Thanksgiving I would not have taken delivery at all. The repair is substandard by any stretch of the imagination. I will never recommend Aspen Dental.
