I'm new to lubbock.and starting my life over again after being married for 24 years.aspen dental is making that happen.and soon will have reason to smile again. Jacqueline was very professional at doing my exrays and couldn't be more friendlier and Dr Williams thumbs up buddy you explained everything where I could understand.after my accident I find things difficult to understand thank you. If your needing any dental I'm confident the friendly staff at Aspen dental will leave you smiling

I went there to have a tooth pulled. I don’t like going to the dentist. Erica made it as comfortable as possible and was very friendly. Dr. Williams was probably the best dentist that I have ever been to. They are not just awesome people but the price was way cheaper than I thought. I will definitely come back here.

WARNING...Do NOT go to Aspen Dental. My mother went in because she had an abscess in a tooth. Antibiotics and a tooth extraction is all she wanted and needed. She was given antibiotics Never got the tooth extracted. Somehow they conned her into signing paperwork for all kinds of work to be done and had her sign for care credit which was NOT explained to her. She came home with an envelope filled with paperwork stating she would owe care credit 6k. All she wanted was a tooth extraction. We will be cancelling that contract and hiring a lawyer.

Dr. Park was amazing I got a wisdom tooth extracted and she was absolutely awesome I didn't feel no pain and I felt very comfortable the stuff was friendly and the dental assistant Jane was very comforting All I can say is I'm not going to any other dentistry if it's not Aspen dental

I have been watching these reviews and It seems that the 5 star reviews are mostly latino girls. I agree with the worst of reviews here. The disrespectful ,inexperienced and unprofessional latino doctor and her little girl staff are exactly as the worst reviews stated. This office extracted teeth that shouldn't have been and it's cost me 15.000.00. I won't continue but if you know what's good for you and your expenses,You won't visit this establishment.

BEWARE! A recent family member of mine had a horrific experience at this location and I can't help but want to warn others because the way she was treated was terrible. If you are a patient that complains of pain and discomfort they will ignore you. Beth the rude receptionist refused to let my family member talk and voice her discomfort and pain. She then stated “ It was not her job or responsibility “ Dr. Willam’s was no help to the situation at hand and refused to write her an antibiotic script due to a posible infection that was causing her discomfort and a lot of pain. My family member ended up having to goto the nearest ER because the pain and got so severe It It became painful for her to talk and see ( due to the amount of swelling from an abscess ) I want to post pictures with proof but do not want my family member to feel embarrassed. Taking advantage of a patient like this is heart breaking the whole office should feel ashamed 💔 I wish I would have never scheduled my family member an appointment here.

Very unorganized, disappointing in all ways!!

They should start by explaining that the $200.00 you are charged before you get in the dental chair is only for the privilege of seeing a dental professional. Even MD's do not charge that much for an office visit. Anything additional will be charged as you leave and you are expected to pay before you walk out the door. Also, maybe they should direct patients to point the area causing pain with their finger. Otherwise they will prepare the wrong tooth for a procedure. In the case of my friend, the wrong tooth would have been pulled. One last thing, since you probably spend more than $300.00 in less than an hour, could they at least show some common courtesy? Everyone in the place was rude, angry or just plain in a rush. No one showed any concern. I felt like we were there to make them money and all they wanted was to rush us in and rush us out. Never going back to Aspen Dental.

Wow. This is a bustling place but the wait was short, they know how to keep things moving. I have a lot of dental issues right now but they developed a good plan of attack and I am quite pleased. I left my first visit relieved and not in pain like how I got there.

The total experience was great. I was able to get a same day appointment, the staff was courteous and professional, and there was not a long wait time. I was able to get my exams and cleaning done all in the same day.
