I have 3 kids (5, 4, and 2 years old) that go to family smiles and I won't ever go anywhere else! They are always so good with my kids and my kids love going and getting coins to get prizes at the end. My husband always questioned why I would drive an hour to take the kids to the dentist until he went today and he said, "Ok now I get it! I'll always bring them here!" I also appreciate that they will check pricing with me before doing anything so I'm not surprised with extra costs.

They were very kind to my kids but it took a long time. They seemed very rushed and I don’t think they did the fluoride for my older child. Also, the savings plan was not explained well and I ended up spending more than I wanted to spend.

This place scammed me. I live over 2 hours away and I asked them if they did certain things before I even made my appt. I was guaranteed they did so after showing up and paying of 60 bucks. I get to the exam anD I'm told that no they do not at do the specific things I was told they did. Wasted my time and they kept my money and didn't do any thing not even look inside my mouth. Shame on these people.
