Had a horrible experience. Saw the male Dr. Green and he told me that I was being dramatic about the amount of pain I'm in from an infected tooth. This was after doing a cold test on the tooth which sent excruciating pain through my mouth and head. Afterwards I was told I was being dramatic and told not to exaggerate. I will not be going back here and don't recommend anyone go if your pain is going to be ignored

Very unpleasent experience. As I was walking in, a disabled girl and her parent/caretaker were leaving. While I was checking in and filling out paperwork, 4 of the employees were behind the main desk making fun of her. I was taken back extremely quickly. I had mentioned to the receptionist, the dental hygenist, and the dentist herself that my top right 2nd to last molar is broken in half. They proceeded to examine the wrong tooth and acted like I was in the wrong when I told them it was not the tooth I came in for. Shelby herself was extremely condescending and argumentative. I explained that I would like an extraction as I cannot afford a root canal at this time but am in a lot of pain. Shelby did not seem to care that I have been in excruciating pain for over a week and have a tooth that is broken in half. I still have a very broken tooth, am still in pain, and my appointment to get the tooth removed isn't for two and a half more weeks. I will not be back and I cannot recommend this dentistry to anyone.

I cannot begin to express how wonderful my dentist is!! No matter what is going on, Dr. Shelby and her staff do everything they can to make me feel at ease. Going to the dentist has always been extremely stressful for me, but I couldn't ask for a better dentist. How many people can say "I love my dentist"(and MEAN IT!) and in the next breathe say "I have to have a root canal"? Well I can!!!
