About four years ago, I was seen by the wonderful people there. For two years, they took care of my cleanings and did a wonderful job. I switched insurance companies, and Dental was not covered. Now I am back with an insurance company that provides dental and I am back with LakeRidge. I feel like I am back at home. I attempted to use another dental office, but the care I receive here is way better and much more thorough. I would highly recommend LakeRidge Dental for your dental needs.

They always make me feel comfortable and tend to business in a prompt and friendly manner. Going to the dentist is usually not the most pleasant experience, but they make it alright!

Love all the staff here. You can keep your same hygienist and dentist each time or if you are like me and just want to get in on a certain date, there are others available. With that said, I have gone here for years and find them all to be exceptional. Peace of mind here and no pain either. Ultra clean place.

The receptionist was polite. Emily was helpful and kind. The hygienist was cordial and did a good job cleaning my teeth.Conversation was low key during the procedure, which I appreciated. Dr. Lawson was nice and I felt at ease. Overall it was a pleasant experience

I went in to establish care and get a cleaning after many years of not going to the dentist. I had a great experience and wasn't treated very well despite needing more work during a cleaning than someone who gets to the dentist more often. My wife asked me to make her an appointment if I liked it and I did so on the way out since my experience was so good.

We have a family of five and have all been patients at Lakeridge Dental for more than 20 years. The entire staff is absolutely amazing & friendly. We actually enjoy going to the dentist and greatly appreciate Dr. Snuggs and how he takes the time to explain everything and never recommends unnecessary treatments. Dr. Snuggs has treated my family for everything from ortho, root canals, tooth extraction, cosmetic dentistry/Vaneers (which I must say look absolutely amazing), porcelain crowns, routine cleanings and the list goes on! My children are now adults and they still come to Lubbock for their dental appointments. The office environment is such a fun and stress-free experience and they are definitely the BEST group of dentists around. I would highly recommend Lakeridge Dental to friends and family. Our family greatly appreciates them and their knowledge and experience they have provided to us for many years. Thank you Lakeridge Dental!!! Wish their was an option to leave a 10-Star Review!!!

Kind and caring dentist and staff

My family of four has been patients of Lakeridge Dental for almost 20 years. The care and service is unmatched. The hygienists and assistants are always gentle and thorough and Dr. Snuggs is as well. He never recommends/pushes unnecessary treatments, which I appreciate. It’s a busy practice and we don’t always schedule our follow up appointments at the time of service, so sometimes we might be scheduled a little longer than we prefer, but 9 times out of ten, they call with a cancellation that allows us to get in sooner. Going to the dentist is not the funnest thing to do, but seeing friendly and familiar faces always helps!

Just spoke with Julianne at 2:22p.m. on 11/29/2022. I needed my xrays and records, for my new dentist. She told me that it would not be necessary and went through my records to make the executive decision for me that i did not need them. I was advised from my new dentist to obtain my records so they can have it on file as i explained AGAIN to Julianne. She then responded “I am not going to print all of that out for you”. I was so taken back by how rude she said this. She is not my dentist and was very unprofessional, what i assume she is the receptionist or something. Disappointing to deal with someone so lazy and rude. Update as of 11/30/22: I got a call from the lovely office manager Trina, who was very apologetic about Julianne behavior and it is being dealt with. I did receive the paperwork i needed. Issue resolved. Thank you for being so responsive.

These Dr.s dont know how to do anything! Don't waste your time and money like i did having to go to another dentist to take care of what they "charged" for. Cuz they didnt do anything else other than take my money! Worthless place nowadays.

Avoid this location at all cost possible. TRASH DR'S WITH SHORT TEMPERS.

Didn't get the note at time of service. So I called to get drs. Note. They wrote wrong date on there and scribbled at bottom that i could return back Tuesday which was not approved by my management, so after calling back multiple times i got different attitudes and kendra was especially rude! Making it clear this isnt a priority even tho its my job on the line, she could care less as "they dont even really do that". Oh okay, ill be sure to go somewhere more professional and somewhere that actually care about a patient, not just getting them in and out of the office. Kendra is a joke to that office. Unprofessional to say the least!!! Update- I Called to get rx refilled and they apologised. And I appreciate the fact they were concerned wether genuine or not. I believe veronica or something with a v made that apology, and ill take it! After all, it's not a big deal once its resolved, which is the reason for the original complaint. This was simple, turned complicated by the lack of attention to small things that can snowball into much larger issues. Just went back and man TRASH.

Always friendly and prompt. They do a great job and keep you informed of options.

I am very thankful that I happened across these people out of a pretty desperate situation. I developed pretty bad and extensive damage that spanned across just about every tooth in my mouth. Out of an intense fear of dental work and honestly embarrassment. Dr. Lawson and every one of the several assistants that helped with the repairs always went completely out of their way to make my visits as easy on me as possible and across 4 months scheduled my appointments in a way that I received a very high bar of care and focus. Most Importantly I never felt judged or rushed through. I would recommend to anyone. The front staff always made getting in and out go extremely well. Thank you guys so much!

I have had terrible experiences at previous dental offices. I now have horrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Hiner is both professional and and personable and has never made me feel judged or uncomfortable. The office staff is also amazing. There usually is not a long wait for my appointments. I cannot say enough good things about these people!

So the staff is friendly and it's very clean but the scheduling is very bad. Being one of the first people here at 8 am to replace a filling and having to wait 2 hrs is ridiculous. This place is just as bad a Familia dental when it comes to waiting time

Lakeridge Dental is the Chick-fil-A of modern dentistry. Their attention to detail and speedy service is impeccable. The dentists carefully consider treatment options and treat patients with respect.

I have been highly satisfied with the care I received from Dr Hiner. During my procedures Dr Hiner would check with me , see if I was ok and let me know about how much longer it would be. My dental assistant Elizabeth was sweet. Dr Hiner thanked me for coming to see him.

After about 15 years, I went back to Lakeridge Dental. The staff was friendly. The dental assistant who helped Dr.Hiner was patient and knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions and she answered them all. She made me feel comfortable. Dr. Hiner was also nice and friendly.
