Bad Experience - overcharge for services and add on extra cost. Check and get a second opinion from another dentist.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hayes! My dad is a dentist but I wasn’t able to wait, he’s really picky, rightfully so, & found Dr. Hayes to help me with my extraction. Some general dentists won’t do extractions at all & require you to go to an oral surgeon, which is hundreds of dollars more (although depending on the tooth it may be necessary). The shots didn’t hurt, then after some pressure he asked me if I was ready for it to come out & I said “yes” & he said it’s already out… that’s a great dentist! I had never heard of a bone graph & he did that & so no gaping hole, it was obvious he knew what he was doing. Very professional, polite, knowledgeable, & the staff were amazing helping me get my insurance info verified, appointment quickly since I was in so much pain, & really friendly. I truly feel blessed that I found him!!

Poor customer service, difficult to get call back to reschedule. Nice office and staff but this office isn’t focused on the patient. Poor phone automation when calling in. Rarely get live answer and then multiple messages to reschedule. Charged $30 covid fee for their PPP was inappropriate during the pandemic. Profit and not client focused

Have you tried ALL the REST ? Then it's TIME for the BEST. NO I'm NOT related or employed or paid to write this. I'm 68 & EXCITED & HAPPY to FINALLY have a Dentist & staff I can TRUST. I've had EVERY nightmare Dr. Frankenstein experience you can have with CORPORATE dental offices. Fractured teeth that were crowned that never should have been. Root Canals gone WRONG & instruments broken off in my tooth & left there & crowned over & was NEVER told about it. Dr. Hayes is Re Doing & Correcting that work. NO hurried feeling RUSHED. LISTENS & ANSWERS all of your questions & concerns & NO over SELLING. Old School. Straight Forward & PROFESSIONAL all the way. I love Dr. Hayes and his staff. Dr. Hayes is very patient, and his dental hygienists are thorough and informative. His front office staff is friendly and professional. They have always treated me and my family with respect.

I called to have my 6yr old in for a cavity , they refused cause it was only 1 cavity and he woukdnt make anything thing off the tooth cause he needed a patient with more then one cavity and he had to make more then a $1,000. . I thought if you learn a profession, your there to help people, not pick and choose.

Literally just had the WORST experience there. I really hate to write this review because it is not due to the dentist. This review is because of the HORRIBLE receptionist in the front. She is SO rude and always seems to have an attitude. Apparently they called and needed to reschedule my appointment, ok no big deal. The appointments she tried to give me did not work for my work schedule. I asked why would I not be a priority seeing that I had already waited 2 weeks to get the appointment today. She shrugged it off and said yeah we are pretty much all booked. I mean honestly, I wait 2 weeks for an appointment it gets cancelled and then get asked to wait another 4 weeks. At this point I leave angrily. Customer service is a real thing and this place should invest in it! And although, things do come up I still think the doctor that didn't show up should take responsibility. I mean heck offer to stay late or something. I just found is a new dentist! Hopefully, they work out better.

Avoid this dentistry at all cost. The office is unprofessional in regards to insurance, scheduling appointments, and even a common courtesy warm welcome in. In difficulty with dealing with the office staff, it really overshadows the potential of it being a good dentist office. With its over complicated, il-mannered office staff, it is hard to trust and have comfort in the full experience.

Called and made appt. Office staff called back and said my insurance would not be valid. I had United Health Care call her and she said again "not covered. I AM "in network". When the staffer hung up on the rep from United Health Care I decided that Dr Hayes should be notified. I will be mailing him a copy of this review.

Dr. Hayes rocks and his staff is great! Such a wonderful full service dental office.

This dentist is to be avoided, in my opinion and based on my experience with him. He injured the roof of my mouth with a simple injection and sent me home with no wound care instructions. A couple of days later, as the roof of my mouth sloughed off, he prescribed antibiotics to which I am allergic (yes, I listed my allergies for him). It took at least two weeks to heal. Also, I believe that he does NOT review the medical history you fill out for him before treating you, as he pulled three of my teeth unaware that I have a bleeding disorder, which I reported to him. He claimed I had six cavities, but being afraid to let him treat me again, I went to another dentist who found only ONE cavity. I don't do a lot of reviews, but I feel strongly people should be made aware of this experience.

Dr. Hayes has been treating my whole family, including 3 small children since their 1st visit, for years and he's an amazing dentist. The staff is experienced and provide top notch service. I would strongly recommend him if you're looking for a new dentist in Mansfield!

Hands down, best dentist in the DFW area. I now live in San Antonio and still make the drive and use Dr. Hayes as my primary dentist. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Hayes and staff make you feel like family.

There is nothing like going to see my dentist and always feeling at home. Everyone is always so professional and friendly. Thank you Dr. Hayes and staff for an always wonderful experience!
