I don’t recommend this place at all. The Dr. Samantha Champion did a horrible job on my mother tooth. Please don’t make a mistake and go here. Also they say things that are NOT TRUE about things you don’t have to get money….

It is with great sadness that I write this review after my latest experience there. We were overcharged for services a few days ago, but we just found out that they were not even supposed to charge us but $3 dollars that were not covered by the insurance. They issued a partial refund with the excuse that I owed some from a past visit in 2020. That is not correct either looking at the records from my insurance in regards of that visit. On the call today, the person that answered was unable to give me a straightforward answer. After placing me on hold, I was still left without any clear reason or a detailed explanation that was congruent with the charges that they had on my account. They should have returned the entire amount and I would be more than glad to drive over and give them the $3 that I owe them. After this ordeal, in my call today, I asked them to cancel all future appointments if this is the new way that they will be doing things to customers that have been trusting them for years. Also, I checked my children's teeth after the cleaning and they were not done to the level that we were used to. This last visit, I was even asked to press the x-ray button because the person was unable to do it with one of my older sons. Additionally, two of my children were left with a mouthful of fluoride in their mouths. I told the first one to go spit at the sink because the lady had already left the room. The other child, we asked another tech to use the rinse because the other dental hygienist had left lots of fluoride in her mouth. Truly, I have never felt like their service would reach this new low.
