Will probably be looking for a new office soon, waited for 40 min past my appt time. It’s been like this the last few times I came. Then wouldn’t allow me to be in the back with my child who is a minor for treatment

First time coming to Bear Creek and I loved how Dr. Dang took care of my concerns and how his back team was friendly and very professional.

First time getting seen @ this office and everything went great. The staff are very Professional and friendly, the establishment is very sanitize and the Bobby bear is awesome!!!!

My Husband and I came in for his appointment and loved how clean and welcoming the staff is, Bobby the Bear was there my daughter loved seeing him and taking a picture with him. My husband mentioned when he was called back the staff are nice and sweet, also explained each step they were doing for x-rays. The Dr. Dang also was helpful and explained his x-rays to him and the treatment that will take place. Definitely can’t wait to schedule my appointment next.

If you make an appointment, make sure you have at least 3 hours to wait or more. They always always over book and the manager doesn't even care about the wait as long as they book and get money

Both my sons come to Bear Creek and we’ve had nothing but great experiences. The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! A friend of ours recommended this place and we’re grateful they did!

First time bringing both of my children here and I absolutely loved the service. The facility is nice and clean and very kid friendly. There’s a play area with touch screen games and a slide. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Im forever grateful to Dr. Dang & the staff. I’ve had a terrible experience with Jefferson Dental where they did more work that I asked for and didn’t provide me with the services I paid for. I came to Bear Creek & Dr. Dang was patient with me. He explained everything in detail which I appreciated. The ladies were the sweetest. Shout out to Roger as well for working the numbers for me. I’m so thankful to have found them.

Waited a hour and a half for them to tell me they couldn't do a fill on my daughter today after they had me come back from an appointment from two weeks ago. Then to add this is the second time they've told me a lie about her teeth health. They would say there's no cavities or "just one" then if I go get a second opinion there's more. . They wait until a crown is needed to tell you there are more cavities. They are all about money. By that doesn't matter because staff is always sweet... right? Been coming here since my daughter was one, we are done with them

Dr Dang and Alondra were AMAZING during my visit to the Mesquite Bear Creek Office. Front staff was very friendly and efficient also. I couldn’t recommend a better office to bring yourself and the family!

Great visit all the staff is so nice and they take good care of my 2 boys when it’s time to get they cleaning or anything done. They also will watch my boys when I’m getting my teeth done or anything until I’m finished Will highly recommend going there

By far the best dentist office my daughter has been to. Staff is very friendly and my daughter loves the stickers and balloon that she receives at the end of every visit. 10/10 recommend!

Horrible experience this past Saturday waited for an hr after X-rays no one would come and check in or just tell us anything about why it was taking so long when I decided to leave a girl said "ohh we were just going in there" then the dentist tells her "no it's okay just let them go" smh you'd think they try to make things better but instead they rather me have wasted my time and let me leave

Staff is really great dental assistants are always checking on us , bear creek has been the best for my baby

Everytime waiting one hour or more than one hour there. I dont know why they set up appointment time because they never catch up appointment time :/
