Been coming here about 3 years maybe 4. I like the staff here they've been very nice most of the time period sometimes the wait time is little longer than I would like. Today they were very under staff so I didn't get in till 40 minutes after my appointment time and the cleaning that I got was abbreviated. They didn't flous between my teeth and the cleaning was very hurried. They were still nice and pleasant to deal with. And the dentist OK man and checked out everything and said I was doing OK.

Care is good. Can be busy and slow. Dentist change every year and have had some conflicting dental findings from one to another. Overall would recommend

As someone who is TERRIFIED of going to the Dentist, I assure you this is the BEST place to go. The whole staff and dentist are so patient and understanding of any fear you may have. They work well with you to make your visit very comfortable. Highly recommend.

From setting my own appointment online to the actual schedule dental exam, I was impressed with not only the ease of the process but the friendliness of everyone there as well. I recommend Bliss Dental for my family and friends. It was an enjoyable experience. They really do care.

I'm not a fan of the dentist, and I usually put off going until I'm in agony. But my recent visit to Bliss Dental on Midkiff in Midland was a pleasant surprise. Dr. Noelle Neissen and Dr. Caroline Jones were friendly and professional, taking the time to explain every step of the process. They ensured I was comfortable throughout the visit, which was much appreciated. The office staff was also very welcoming and accommodating. Even better, when I had a painful dental emergency during a workday, they managed to fit me in on the same day! Dr. Neissen and Dr. Jones understood and did a great job helping me through the procedure. I'm really grateful for their help and conscientious work. All in all, I had a great experience at Bliss Dental and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care and friendly staff

We had horrible experiences with two of my kids that I took there, the dr is never on time with the appts and we always had to wait a minimum of an hr before being taken back and then having to wait another Hr or so before the dr would come see my daughter. She was only supposed to have braces for 18 months and had them for well over two and a half years due to the orthodontist either calling and canceling to reschedule the appointment or us having to leave after waiting in the office for more than two hours and myself having to go back to work. I expressed my frustration and disappointment to the office manager numerous times and it always fell on deaf ears because she didn’t care about any patients so I have taken my two boys to a different orthodontist and it was a blessing because we were always taken care of and treated like family unlike the Dr and staff and Bliss orthodontics…. The dentist offices on the other hand are amazing and we love our dentist at bliss so just want to make sure that everyone reading this understands that the bad review is strictly for the orthodontist office and that Dr and he should be banned from being able to do any work on any patients due to his lack of actually caring for his patients and his horrible lack of communication….

First time in my life that all work needed for my teeth was thoroughly explained! I was even given an opportunity to apply for help to pay for the extensive dental work. Miss Ann was the dentist who examined my teeth.

They may it happen with care , great place to be when it comes to your teeth.

Both my husband and myself had dental visits today. The appointments were on time which we greatly appreciate. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Took me 8 months to get PM teeth cleaning. I have ONJ as a result of taking Zometa for stg 4 cancer. They freaked out, and refused to clean teeth without a medical release. Thank God that did not result in any cavities Teeth cleaned and check up 22Nov22 Now I have tiny cavity in front tooth Estimated cost $84 Ok wow

The staff is very friendly, the doctor who did my filling, she was amazing. Never once felt a thing, she was very attentive to insure I wasn’t in pain during the process at all! I recommend this office 100%!!!!

I was very impressed. The wait time was short in the lobby, the staff was very friendly, and I didn't have to wait in the room. I really enjoyed how they take time to explain things. The cleaning was not rough. I also like how my future visits are broken down with what insurance pays and what I will owe. Such a great place.

I waited a long time past my appointment time almost 35 minutes before I was brought back. The doctor seemed very rushed through what he was doing and not very gentle. The tool he was using was leaking all down my neck, and back he tried to use a paper towel on the tool to stop it from leaking all over me, but it just was wiping a wet paper towel all over my face. The person who polish my teeth was not very thorough. I’ve been going to the dentist, religiously my whole life, and this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had.

People are friendly and attentive. 4 stars is due to long wait. 35 minutes behind appointment time.
