Was referred here by Rodeo Dental. Unfortunately next time I’ll do some research first. Took 4 trips for one root canal. At one point he was giving me shots for numbing. It hurt so bad it brought tears to my eyes. Never had this happen in the past. Mentioned this and get told i have some infection so it’ll hurt more. Umm are you not supposed to do a root canal if there’s infection? What I’ve been told in the past. Then i our what was quoted in office. Then suddenly insurance didn’t pay $744 had to pay this out if savings. Most likely won’t be back here. Had high hopes since i saw it had a readers choice award. Disappointed to say the least.

They are not honest and upfront with the pricing. My first time dental experienced in Midland Sucks on this dental clinic. They still filed a claim even though they didn’t do any cleaning on my teeth bcoz I declined to pay 260$ during the visit.

Excellent costumer service !! I have sensitive teeth and they were sure to be gentle as possible. Very kind receptionist and also the girls in back are really sweet. The doctor is very attentive and does good work. I don’t need to worry about my cleanings and work that I need in the future . They have reasonable prices and accept care credit 🙌🏼

Called the office to make sure the physician used amalgam filling. Respectist stated the Dr does. This is NOT true. Drove 3 hours to not only be told that, but the Dr wanted to "fix" more than what is needed. When explaining my medical history with the Dr he was either not understanding what I was telling him or didnt care to know the history. He was very short and seemed aggravated at me asking questions. I have worked in the dentistry field and do know a LOT regarding teeth. The lay out of the office is open and you can see other patient getting their work done as well as what's being done to you. No privacy regarding your medical issues between patients.

Ok, so I absolutely hate root canals. I’ve had 4 in my life and I’ve had some bad experiences with getting them done. I Have to say as far as root canals go this was by far the best experience I’ve had. JB did a great job and I had absolutely no pain or discomfort. It was pretty quick and I could tell the Doc was being thorough. I had my reservations on where to have it done and I’m glad I went to JB dental. They definitely have my business from now on. His nurses and staff is so welcoming and nice. As for extractions if they took patients requests seriously I wouldn't have gone through the pain I did when I was awake. But as after care it was great. My hubby accidentally passed out and they tended to him nicely in the middle of my extraction. Great place for NO fear or anxiety for anything.!

I've been a patient of Dr Jean's for almost a year. He is a very good dentist and cares for his patients. When you walk into his office your greeted by warm smiles from his staff. The office is very modern and exceptionally clean. They use up to date procedures and equipment. I have tried many dentist in the Midland/Odessa area but the quality of service, competitive pricing, and the personalities of Dr. Jean and his staff sold me. As of today I have had cleanings, my teeth whitened and we will be starting my implants very soon. Dr Jean is a dentist who truly cares for his patients.

They handle all the insurance for you. Before they do anything, they give you a price so you can say yay or nay. Doctor and assistants are all amicable and they seem to care about you, not like those corporate chains. I like how they run the vacuum all the time so you don't breathe in anything. They need to put up some art on the walls though.
