I’ve called 3 times In The past three weeks to get my Insurance verified and they told me they would call to see if I was covered for exams etc and every time I called them back to check they hadn’t done it and this last time they told me to do it, very rude . Three weeks and they couldn’t do it . Please be more helpful and more customer service friendly. Only way to stay in business.

The staff is really nice! Love Dr Toler! Only problem I had was there was not one chair you could sit in. I have a really bad foot and needed to sit. The girls got me in really fast tho! What’s the deal with no chairs in the waiting room?
