Odessa Family Dental

I love the hygienist she is amazing but today the dentist had to clean my teeth because she was not here. He is rude and likes to talk over me. I’m the patient and I need to address my concerns. He stated other things that the hygienist never stated. Ruined my day and if the hygienist does not come back I will not either. Rude dentist! He should not be a dentist if he does not want to help patients or at least offer him a customer service class, so he can offer better customer service. Bring the hygienist back. She is way better then the dentist. They lost my business as of today! Found out today my follow up appointment was cancelled and I asked was it canceled because I complained on the dentist and they came up with a reason on why when I go every 3 months for a cleaning! I guess they don’t like bad reviews on there rude dentist.

I never write reviews but, I feel compelled to share this one. First I want to thank the staff, these girls were pleasant and cheerful which comes in handy at a dentist office. The doctor was the best, a no nonsense let's get this problem taken care of. I went in for a broken wisdom tooth. The procedure was fast and painless, it took a total of 15 minutes. Thank you to Odessa Family they are the best.

This dentist HATES his life. WHATEVER RACE, PREVIOUS WORK HISTORY, OR CURRENT LOCATION HES SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR NOT ONLY MONEY BUT THEIR TEETH!! The staff was cool but hes like a prison dentist. ANY sign of “problems” he want to pull and is MAD about it. Stay away if you want a plan to repair your mouth. Not just bandaid it.

They were able to see me soon when I was having pain and they were very nice. I had to have a tooth pulled and I was expecting a lot of pain but the experience was fast and painless.

I believe in Giving Credit where Credit is Due' ....... To the Doctor and the Staff At Odessa Family Dental ...... Thank You all So very Much ...... From the time I walked in to the time I left ..... Very professional and courteous...... I came I'm as a walk in patient 😌 was well greeted ..... and was seen within 20 minutes...... and on my way out in about another 30 minutes...... with a plan to take care of my abscess tooth ....... looking forward to my next appointment ..I.... to extract the tooth..... Again Thanks so much ..... Good Customer Service is hard to find these days ..... Thanks for all you do for the community 🙏

Dr. Kona and Jasmin are amazing. I had a teeth cleaning and they made me feel comfortable were very friendly will be going again 👍🏽

Cold & unfeeling.

I Noticed my grand daughter had the beginnings of a front tooth cavity at the age of 3 so I brought it to the attn of this dentist, to which he stated "WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL SHE TURNS 4 YRS OLD" so fast forward to a cpl weeks after 4, I brought it up once again and this time I let him know that the cavity was spreading to the next tooth. I was then told "WE WILL GET YOU A REFERRAL FOR AN ORAL SURGEON". I didn't hear anything for a cpl months so I called, I was then told "WE CAN SET UP AN APPT SO HE CAN LOOK" So fast forward to her appt in July...I asked him, "when are we going to take care of this problem, it has gotten worse and no one called me with a referral"? So I guess he thought it was the right time to give me a referral RIGHT THERE IN THE OFFICE! From the time he said he would give a referral, to actually giving a referral, to her having the procedure was over 8 months! ANYHOO, after the procedure, the surgeon tells me the dentist's actions made no sense to him whatsoever because he does these kinds of procedures all the time on children as young as 2 yrs old! If this dentist would've taken preventative measures from the beginning, when it was 1st brought to his attn, OVER 15 MONTHS PRIOR, this child would not have gone through a procedure that lasted over 1 hour and required her to be sedated for that long, the cavity would not have spread the way it did. If zero stars could be given, it would've been in the negative!🛑

Terrible client service.. they don’t listen to your questions or needs. They kept talking over me and wouldn’t even let me speak or get my questions answered. Like they didn’t care about my concerns. Will NEVER go here!!! All they cared about was trying to keep setting up appts.. step up and get a new staff that shows empathy for your clients that answers the phones and greets them... . sry for the dentist that’s here.. my apologies.. but we are paying you.. don’t recommend. Your staff at the front cost you another client.. sorry.. :/ I also lived here my whole life and know a lot of people. Smh.. disappointed. I have never wrote a review on any business. But, this one deserved one.. hopefully you find better employees to greet a talk to the client. Good luck.

En mi experiencia este es el peor lugar de dentistas que he visitado en toda mi vida, nonse lo recomiendo a nadie llegad alli y es a que te dejen tu dientes peor.piensalo do ver es regrese a que me arregalaran mi diente ,y lo que dijeron es que ra normal que tenia que adaptarme a la mala prxarkca wue me realizaron ahora esta que tengo que buscar otro dentista para que arreglen lo que ellos llaman normal ..

The receptionists weren't friendly at all. The dental assistant was a liar and rude, said my husband was going back inside for more x-rays when in fact he was starting his procedure. (Husband wanted me there he was nervous) so she didn't let me go with him.The doctor isn't a people person he came across as rude. The only good thing about the place was the dental hygienist that was super nice and made you feel comfortable.

I found myself out of town working and needed a tooth extracted. I made an appointment. I was able to be there early. I was in terrible pain. Staff got me in early and we're very attentive to my needs. Would definitely go back.

Bad service, bad experience, i went for a cleaning and it last 5 minutes 🤣 and they said the dentist was busy so he had to be fast....

Thank you for your service! I was very happy with the payments, the girls there are really nice and friendly. The dentist recommended me fillings while I was getting a cleaning and I was so glad he did! My teeth feel better after the fillings, I never realized how much I needed them. He was honest and very professional.

I called with specific details about my son's condition, asking if they could help him and they said they could. After an $85 dollar visit I was referred to another dentist and they said they couldn't help me. To me this is dishonest. That was money my family needed.

Dr Miryala, and Odessa Family Dental are first class. Had bad experiences as a young person. Would not go to a dentist unless it was life or death. Dr Miryala,and his staff were efficient, courteous. This was an emergent,walk in visit o . Saturday morning. MOST OF ALL DR MIRYALA DIDNT HURT ME. FIRST TIME EVER THAT HAS HAPPENED WITH A DDS. He fixed my emergency, and scheduled follow ups to catch my care to to normal. I TRUST THIS OFFICE COMPLETELY. GREAT JOB, THANK YOU SO MUCH
