The Pasadena Dentist: Michael Nugent DDS

I feel that they are very knowledgeable in the advice they give and truly care about me having healthy teeth and gums!

This was my first visit with Dr. Michael Nugent The staff members were friendly, explained the procedure they were doing and made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Nugent listened to my concerns, very thorough in his examination of my teeth and advised me of the best way I could protect some teeth that are loose. I shall continue to go to Dr. Nugent for all of my dental treatment.

Everyone in the office, from the receptionist to the dentist, was attentive to my needs and concerns. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the exam and the explanations given to the next steps in my treatment.

Dr. Nugent was very thorough explaining X-rays in detail. He was patient, kind, funny. He found a mass and without going to see him we would have never known. Definitely will become our dentist!

First time visiting and I can honestly say, everyone here was awesome and completely blew my expectations out the water, everyone that assisted me took their time explaining everything that was going on and the Dentist, don't get me started on the dentist, if your looking for someone who is passionate about what they do look no further, he took the time to not only show me everything that was being done but went into great detail on how everything was done, answer every question I had as well. I can genuinely say I found my new Dentist. They make you feel right at home.

Everyone here are so friendly and helpful that it makes everything easy and smooth. The ladies up front helped me out with scheduling and rescheduling due to my busy schedule, Doctor Nugent rocks I highly recommend this office!

I will start by saying I have never liked going to the dentist, but I do not mind seeing Dr. Nugent and his staff. I spent several hours there getting a deep cleaning, x rays and fillings and did not feel a thing! He holds a conversation the whole time which helped me a lot! VERY patient I had a couple of work calls and he never once rushed me when I had to answer. My family will come here for all of our dental needs!

Gives great information and very gentle with patient and his assistant Wendy is also terrific and gentle on teeth. Entire staff is great and knowledgeable. My new dentist. So happy l went.

Everyone was very friendly. I had a crown come out and they were quick to get me in and get me back to normal. Very reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.

We love the professionalism on this facilities. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. We are treated nicely from check in to check out. Cleanliness is a plus! Dr Nugent is awesome for being passionate about his job. I highly recommend.

If you are looking for a great dentist who cares about his patients, takes good care of them, very professional even the women at the front desk are very sweet and kind. Rescheduling appointments is no hassle. They are very understanding and they help in any way they can. I’ve been going to Dr. Michael Nugent for awhile and I love it there.

Everyone in the office was so attentive, helpful and professional. They frequently asked if I understood and then explained in English terms. There was no pressure after I was given the treatment plan and was asked to proceed according to my schedule and financial needs. I already have recommended Dr Michael Nugent to two of my friends. Such a wonderful experience, Dr. Nugent was kind and gentle during my procedure, didn’t even feel the anesthesia part… the front staff was nice, sweet and explained everything in detail about my insurance coverage, patient portion and procedure.. and my hygienist and assistant were amazing, totally recommended!

First time going to this dentist office and I'll be honest I wasn't expecting to truly enjoy my visit since it's the dentist office who likes to go to the dentist office 😅 but I was truly surprised and had my anxiety at ease, from the second I stepped in I was greeted by everyone and had my hand shaken. All the ladies at the front were amazing in helping me and explaining things. Even the guy who took my x-ray was great talked to me and carried conversation which helped keep me calm. Everyone there even the dentist was amazing I'm honestly looking forward to going back for my procedure in the near future. I was actually referred here by someone else who worked at another dentist office that I had visited and I'm glad I listened to her and went.

Love my dentist, hygienist and staff. You are checked in by very pleasant, friendly and professional staff at front desk. Hygienist nice and friendly and take excellent care while in their chair. Explain things to you and make it a pleasant experience. Dr. Nugent is an excellent dentist and very personable. Highly recommend.
