A Smile Pediatric Dentistry

Very much disappointed in the bedside manners of this dentist. When clearly mentioned and the clinic is fully aware of my 11yr old son's (Duchenne) medical condition, yet dentist was treating him if he is an able-bodied adult. When he started crying because of the uneasiness, she commented "you are crying like a 1 year old". I am looking for an alternative to this dentist. Please assist if you know of any. Thanks,

I never had a single problem with these dentists. They treat my kids very well, especially my child with ASD. A lot of patience! Lovely doctors, I never had any problems with the front desk neither.

Please Please don't go, don't try. she only do easy work. she can't handle if your child got difficult work to do. Then kick you out cancel your appointment even you have been waiting for two months.

I have been taking my kids here for 9 years. I love how they are treated. Very friendly. One of the best dental places I have ever been to.

Terrible experience for my son. My son has gone to previous dentistry offices, and never has he not cooperated with any procedures. The dentist took too long with doing one cavity refill. Plus they left his mouth open through the entire time, with no break in between. Never coming back.

Very slow，the waiting time exceeded 1hour and no one came to check and explain, don’t recommend.

A very nice and clean clinic, good staff, Dr. Jennifer Su is really a good dentist, very patient to kids.

I completely recommend this Pediatric Dentistry. I been all over North Texas with different Dentists for my son and this is the one and only place that I recommend since thy are very friendly, the staff is amazing and the prices are fair. My son feels very comfortable with them.

We love A Smile Pediatric Dentistry! My kids have been going here for six years. Dr. Su and Dr. Choi are great with kids. The front office staff is very polite and professional. It is hard to find a Doctors office that has the complete package, but this place is it. The Doctors and the staff treat each kid and parent with great respect. I have had to make an emergency appointment for my child and walked into the office within 15minutes, Dr. Su did her magic, and we were on our way within 30mins! Great dental offices for kids are hard to find, I am glad I found this place. The front office always calls to remind, reschedule and follows up with you to find an appointment date that fits your schedule. The Dental assistants are great with kids and very respectful. My kids have been seeing Dr. Su at A Smile Pediatric Dentistry for 6 years. Dr. Su is an excellent dentist. She is always nice and professional. She cares about her patients and provides high quality of treatment. The staffs work in this clinic are awesome too!

A Smile Kids Dental is a awesome place to trust your kids dental needs. The front office (Nolly and Ana) are awesome. They are extremely nice and go over and beyond to take care of your needs. The doctors (Doctor Su and Doctor Choi) are awesome and go to great lengths to ensure the kids comfortable. They are very thorough and extremely professional. I am very happy to recommend this office to anyone.

Love this place! My daughter came in for her six month check up and the staff did an amazing job. Nolly was very welcoming and very helpful with reassuring me that my child was in good hands. The place is very kid freindly, staff very nice. We were in and out in no time, not much of a wait and they handle my child with care.

My brother and I have been going there since we were little, and their crew is amazing. They are also very polite to us, and they really care about their patients. I would recommend this clinic to all people that care about their children’s teeth!

They were able to get my son in at the last minute with his tooth pain. The staff is great and Dr. Jie Su works so well with children. The whole team helped my son not be scared.

My daughter loved it but you cannot get an appointment unless you schedule a minimum of 3 months out and I do not know my schedule like that. I was told that they have no more appointments AT ALL for the rest of the whole entire year except 1 (but I have 2 kids so...) and it happens to be on the morning of picture day at my daughters school. I need a place that can see my kids with like maybe a few weeks notice, not a few months, that's ridiculous
