Amazing dental work and office! I am so glad I found Ace Implant. I have had an extraction, implant and root canal done with them and all 3 have been such a breeze! I normally hate going to the dentist but have felt zero pain and have had awesome and quick recoveries. Dr. Choi is so great and quick. The entire staff is always so helpful with everything, answering my questions and so nice! You can definitely trust Ace with all your dental needs.

Had to cancel an appointment due to work and they charged me $50 for, it would be fine if: 1. They hadn't called me to ask me do them a favor and move my appointment to accommodate their schedule, I would had been able to make it with my original time. 2. They would inform me of their cancellation policy which they never did. Tried to talk to them about the situation, not happy with their staff's condescending tone and ethics, gonna dispute that charge with the bank. Two stars for their good teeth cleaning technician Peggy and Doctor Choi.

The staffs are very friendly and easy to work with. But I had one crown done with Ace and it fell off right around 2 years. Because I didn’t keep the crown, they said that I had to pay for a brand new crown with them at full price. Very unreliable service.

Perfect service and Very professional

I have been check my tooth from Ace many years. The manager Sherry always take good care of her customers. There’s little bumpy last year for some of their dentist but things turns back well since this year. Good service!

They have a very nice and clean office. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. They want to make sure their patients are being taken care of. May the hygienist is the best!!! She is very knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t experience any discomfort during the dental cleaning. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great dental experience!

Finally found one Dentists gave me very very good experienced, the Staff super friendly ,especially Sherry,she is really friendly and helpful ,She takes time to explain and help me find good ways solve the problems

I have paid regular visits to them since July 2017. I love Sherry and all other front desk staff, hygienist ( a Korean lady) and Dr Choi. The hygienist is very professional, she teaches me how to take care of my teeth. I actually had serious issues with my gum before, bleeding, inflammation and tartar below the gum. And after deep cleaning and regular cleaning, my gum is much healthier. Dr Choi is very gentle and kind, showing his respect to Chinese patients by speaking Chinese. The only thing I would complain is their availability. But it definitely worth the wait.

Very nice waiting time and staff. They are experts of teeth and can cater to many different groups of people (ACE employees speak a variety of languages). They are very detailed in the deep cleaning and will let you know if they find anything that needs work (and the next steps). Great place!!

This place is a top notch, I have been coming here for little over a year now, the staffs here are SUPER friendly, polite and always answer all my questions. The dentists here are very well trained and have always give me the best advise. I have recommend to all my friends for their dental needs and none of them has ever complain about it. As long as I live in this area, this is the only dental place i will trust to have my teeth clean and other needs. """"""Sherry is a very wonderful person and always treated me and my wife like a family""""" If the staffs are really rude like others "claim", these people must have cheap insurance since they don't know want to pay a dime and blame the staffs being rude which i have witness or they have too many issue of their own. Of course these days people will said anything out of proportion like a snowflake. If i could give u folks 10 stars, i would so keep up the good work!

一颗星给洗牙的医生，如果您只是选择来这做洗牙，可以信任这里的洗牙医生，她认真负责洗的很干净。一颗星给管理人员Sherry，她会时刻关注客人的治疗体验并在出现问题时积极帮助解决问题。第三颗星给前台工作人员，态度很好，会定时提醒客人预约时间。 关于治牙的个人体验：我的主治医生是一位叫Ying的女医生（全名忘记了），她会把大部分的工作交由牙医助理来完成。我需要做三颗crown，每一颗的临时crown都是由牙医助理来完成的。牙助的工作能力有限，在历时四个月的治疗期间，因为临时crown的不合适给我带来了很多不必要的出血，疼痛，也让我花费了大量宝贵时间往返于诊所进行调整。其中一颗大牙因为临时crown反复出现问题最终导致牙齿状况恶化，本来可以保住的牙齿在装了永久crown后无法咀嚼，医生建议观察，若继续恶化最终需要根管治疗。对于这颗crown，诊所全额退款。 我相信很多人会依赖Google review做参考，所以讲实话很有必要。也许是我运气不好，在这家诊所遇到了一系列的状况，成年人的世界忙碌又残酷，没有人喜欢没事找事给自己增添不愉快。如果您要选择来这家诊所治疗牙齿，请尽量选择在该诊所拥有ownership的医生来治疗，我相信那些拥有ownership的医生应该会更在意自己和诊所的声誉及利益，会对客人有该有的耐心和态度，也不会任由牙助因为工作能力不足而给客人制造更多的疼痛和麻烦。

初進門,就是溫暖的問候,躺在診療椅上,柔和的音樂聲,舒緩緊張的情緒,或許仍能從僵硬的臉上看出心理的忐忑,牙醫師先安撫說放輕鬆後才打麻醉,接下來就是洗牙的療程. 結束後洗牙醫師和前台的小姐,還會給予專業的護理知識,也不厭其煩的回答我的問題!真心推薦!!

My visit to Ace dental have been made very pleasent by professional, caring and friendly staffs! Would recommend to friends and family.

特别棒的牙医诊所， 医生专业仔细，工作人员亲切耐心。我刚完成深度洗牙，洗牙医师相当的专业，极有耐心。给我分析我牙齿的现状，提醒日后需要注意的地方，讲解牙线，牙膏，漱口水的正确使用。不会像以前洗完牙仍然概念模糊。强力推荐！！！

I should agree most of the reviewer's comment that here all the dentists and hygienists, especially, Maggie, and staffs, they are all real professional and the most friendly people and the most respectful professional that our family has experienced so far in this Dallas area. I really appreciate their amazing and detailed treatment services, whether it be crowns, dental cleaning, implant, and so on, done to my each family member. I highly, proudly ,and most confidently recommend this wonderful office!!!

I don't typically post Google reviews, but I feel so strongly about this location and all the blatant LIES that have been posted from other reviewers that I felt the need to say something. (Most of this will be copy and pasted from my Yelp review of this practice) Save yourself and DO NOT make an appointment here. I just CANNOT understand how this establishment has so many good reviews because there is not one good thing I can say about this practice. If I could give this establishment ZERO STARS, I would. But unfortunately, Google and Yelp were kind enough to give even the worst businesses one star. I write this review on behalf of my mother, because she came home from her visit here in excruciating pain. She was scheduled to get implants, but came out with crowns that literally fell out of her mouth every time she took a bite. Here's a tip that these dentists obviously need: CROWNS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE PERMANENT. The one that was put in my mother's mouth keeps moving and the office is making it extremely difficult for my mother to get an appointment in and fix it, not to mention she's scared to go back and have to endure all that pain again. For weeks I've had to watch her suffer and lose a ton of weight because she wasn't allowed to eat well with her teeth not properly corrected by these so-called dentists. The dentist she saw was incredibly rude to her, and didn't even acknowledge the fact that she was hurting throughout the entire procedure. Absolutely no pain management or any regard for the patient's well-being. She basically let her assistants do her work for her and had no concern whatsoever for quality control. We believe she was a visiting dentist because she's not listed on their website or anywhere else and was also the only female dentist in the office. I've been going to ACE Dental for the past 3+ years now. Their staff have proven to be very professional and knowledgeable. Sherry is always friendly and helpful and she takes time to explain things when I don't understand. Maggie is definitely the best dental hygienist and I never had a bad dental cleaning experience with her. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a dentist in the north Dallas/Plano area.
