I saw Dr Sultana for last one month. I do need some special care with a complicated dental situation. The doc was super caring and professional. Highly impressed with their punctuality and welcoming service. Pricing was very reasonable as well. The doc has a motherly demeanor, which I really liked.

The best dental office in my life. Dr Shahin is very thorough, and extremely gentle and super sweet. I highly recommend her office. They always give me full privacy and do treatments in closed door. I have prayed my salah there and the best part was I was able to choose listening to quran instead of music during treatment. I have never felt this experience in my life. They explain everything before treatment and her employees are very nice.

Such an amazing experience with Dr. Shahin Sultana and her whole staff!!! I hadn’t been to the dentist in probably 10 years and she calmed my nerves as well as my 6 year old daughter who was seen by her as well. She was very patient and kind with my daughter as well as the staff. I had a deep cleaning done yesterday with her and I am amazed by the results!!! She is an amazing dentist I will definitely continue to go to her and refer my family members to her as well. Also great self pay prices👍

I have great experience here since I started my braces treatment. The nurse in the front desk, Linh, always greets and gives me positive attitude. She tries her best to consult different type of treatments that will fit my budget. The doctors are nice and very knowelegable. Eventhough I don't understand dental terminology, the doctors take time to explain my teeth issues in simple way. I highly recommend everyone to give them a try if you are looking for a dental clinic in Plano. P/S: I LOVE that they have inhalation sedation as an option instead of injection for numbing your gum!!!!

I have not insurance, so was looking for a dentist that had good reviews and there prices were manageable. Found them, so I set up an appointment as a new client. Keep in mind that I absolutely hate dental work. I make myself so nervous. Went in for my exam and sure enough I needed the deep cleaning that I thought I would need. So while I was there for the exam, they said that they could do the cleaning the same day, so I told them lets due it as I am not come back because my anxiety was so high. Let me just say, they all were the best. The front staff, ex-ray tech, dentist. They all made me feel so comfortable and answered all the questions I had.

The team was great and made me feel safe. Anytime I asked for them to slow down they did and gave me a moment to catch my breath. They also made sure to communicate with me and were incredibly patient.

After a mishap with the front office, Dr. Sultana called and asked to correct a mistake. I was told it would be free but I ended up paying $50 for their mistake. She did her best to charm us into coming back and heard my concerns but I did not like being told it would be a free service only to be blindsided to pay.

I am not a big fan of dentists but this one is different! I had a great experience getting work done on my teeth. Very friendly and professional staff,state of the art equipment and its right in the neighborhood. Thank you Dr. M.C. 😊

Dr. Sultana is amazing. Both dentists are extremely professional, kind, and gentle. Dr. Sultana has a gentle spirit and made me feel completely relaxed. If you have any dental anxiety this is the place to go. You will be in great hands.

The front desk were all very nice and thoughtful when explaining everything to a new patient. The office was super clean, and both assistants were thorough in their explanations during the consultation. Furthermore, the dentist was super nice as well and definitely knows what she’s talking about. Would 100% recommend this office!

I have never been comfortable with being in a dentist office for myself and it's 1000 times worse on me having my children in a dentist chair... Everyone in this office are absolutely amazing. They made sure all 3 of my children were not only comfortable but enjoying the experience. They have a wonderful and beautiful way with children that makes my mama heart fill with warmth ease and joy. Thank y'all so very much for taking care of my babies' mouths.
