DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I got my braces removed a couple months ago after a 1year treatment and my teeth are worst that when I started. Seems like the odontologist there doesn't care about the patients he barely checked my teeth on my monthly appointments. The doctor said I was ready to get them removed but when I got them removed I noticed my teeth looked weird and aligned weird so I asked the person who removed them and he said they were good. Which is definitely not the case.

Was in need of an emergency extraction. PA Smiles was the only dental office to reasonably (price) x-ray, examine, and extract without having to wait longer than 1 day. The staff was very kind and comforting. Extraction was nice & clean. I would recommend Dr. Tran to family and friends.

I went in today for an initial appointment to see if I could get some help with a few teeth that were giving me a lot of pain. Dr Tran and Nurse Kylah if I could give you guys more than 5 stars I would. No wait went right back made me feel extremely comfortable. All 3 teeth were able to be taken care of that day and it was the best dentist visit experience I have ever had. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you for actually caring about your patients!

Racist Mexicans working the front and lie about your kids dentist appts. They will tell you about your kids next appt. Then when you show up act like they never told you that and say your kids miss 3 or more appts even after showing proof. They are lazy at the front and unprofessional.

I did not have a good experience with customer services/ Receptionist. I asked them to send over X-Rays in 2022 Two months passed and they never did send the X-rays. I called back to follow up and she never gave me a explanation as to why they were not previously sent. She asked for the email address and said they would send them. 2 days later they were never sent. I called back and they asked me if I signed a release form. I stated nobody never told me anything about having to sign a release form. She said it went in affect today and they no longer could release the X-rays. They never not once in the 4 months time period tried to send the X-rays. Bad business is what I call that. Poor communication with clients. Things could have been done a lot better!
