First visit was a disappointed told provider was Bryce O'Donnell. Visit was with another provider which I wasn't aware till he came to see me. Went for tooth pain was told I needed teeth cleaning first . Nothing given for infected tooth. Had to see another provider after that and then given antibiotic for infection and then extraction.

Short wait time. Very easy to understand treatment plans. Dr Bryce was excellent. Staff was polite. Professional. And compassionate with client that’s not accustomed to dentist offices any more. Very thorough and transparent with X-ray results. Treatment and upfront costs discussed. But now; 3 months later he has no dentures And he’s been back 3 times now. He didn’t have extractions either. I’ve never seen a place take so long to get dentures made. It might be 2 more trips before he actually has new dentures. The other issue is the office has never actually called us for follow up visits. I waited a month and called back and got a follow up appointment both times. They’ve never called us in a timely manner to get any urgency in getting new dentures. I had major extractions from another place and had temporary dentures that day. Then got normal dentures within 6 weeks. I appreciate their help and and being helpful and kindness. But not sure about communication.
