The office staff and Dr b were so friendly answered any questions that you would have and everything was absolutely brand new and so easy it was the best and easiest dentist appointment I have been to in a long time. I needed a cleaning and came across this new office. Salomon at the front was very nice and welcoming. Dr. Bertulfo’s assistant Jennifer was also super kind and very good at making me feel comfortable while doing the X-rays. I had my first appointment today! The office is seriously so top notch and incredibly gorgeous. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Solomon was super nice and very welcoming. I hate that I am drawing a blank on the assistants name because she was so extremely nice and personable and made me feel very comfortable in a new environment. Dr.B was Awesome. He looked at my X-rays with me and explained in detail that was understandable of what I needed. Not a lot but there were some things I knew I had been putting off. His demeanor was very friendly. At no point did I feel judged or upsold for that matter. I feel like I had a voice in my dental treatment and support. Overall I had a great appointment. I will be returning along with my husband and kids!
