I’ve been waiting months for my refund due to Cherly over charging me and my wife. and she is no longer there so when I call no one knows what the hell I am talking about, I canceled my appointment after my wife complained for weeks of pain after having her fillings done I’ve never seen such high turn over rate! The assistant Chris is the only one there that I actually know who is amazing. If it’s not covered by your insurance don’t have it done I just want my refund and they will never see or hear from my family and I again!!!!!!!

Dr. Buchwald and his staff are awesome! We scheduled a teeth cleaning and evaluation for braces for myself and my kids and we had a good time. The staff instantly put us at ease. Dr. Buchwald was informative, extremely kind, and professional. His staff was just as lovely! They even stayed late after a long day to finish our teeth cleanings and answer questions, which I am extremely grateful for. Glad we found such an amazing office! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This review is long. The end of a 44-year relationship. Have had Max Sr as our dentist since the late 1970's. Never had an issue and also sent all my kids to him. Max Sr is an extremely reputable man, and thank you Max for having been with us for all those years. Nothing beats experience and here's my point. When Max Sr retired, he turned his practice over to his son Max Jr. who I would see every 6 months for cleaning. Jr said I needed to come in every THREE months. And that's when issues started popping up. Jr "reworked" several crowns and fillings over the next year. In Mar 2022, I had to call at ~8pm due to extreme pain in a tooth. It was Wed night. Jr was on another one of his many worldly vacations and was unable to see me until the next Monday. But, he did order an antibiotic. No Emergency Dr backup was scheduled during Jr's absence. By Monday, the infection was out of control. 5 injections could not numb the tooth. Jr pulled the nerve out without any pain relief. WARNING: Don't EVER allow a dentist to do that. Just RUN! Crown was eventually put on. Today, 10 months later, the crown has fallen off (a $5,000 crown at that!) Please DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. Let him get 20 years under his belt first.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have dental anxiety, I have general anxiety, and I am probably more melodramatic than is healthy. This group of earth-angels are so kind, so patient, and SO funny. I love Dr. Buchwald Jr. and Cris especially, they're a comic duo that just won't quit! I always need headphones for dental work, but I never do at this facility- the music is bumpin' and the jokes just keep comin! Really, this is the place to go. Thank you all for being the best dental office in the universe!
