One of the employees used my information and texted me AT NIGHT asking if I would like a job where she works not at the dental office but at another company. Im almost positive this is a HIPPA violation. When I reported it they had that employee call me immediately following my call to say I’m sorry. I am looking into reporting this situation.

The front desk is so unprofessional and shouldn’t be working with customers at all. They always get appointment times wrong and when I’ve asked to speak with manager or someone over them they tell me manager isn’t in building. I had to call my children's insurance to file a complaint and get a referral to new dentist. The dentist and ortho doctor are great but the front is a mess and so unprofessional.

I will not be retuning to this location! It took 3 visits to complete the work needed done on my teeth which wasnt alot being as I dont have alot of teeth to work with, then same thing with my partner and in the end she wasnt able to get the last job done as she was going out of town for a while and I was given the run around about getting refunded for the work that was never done. At my last visit to try to get the $ refunded, I was still charged for work that my insurance supposedly ddnt cover 2 mths prior.

It would have been a nightmare trying to replace everything in my wallet. So thank you!

In 2018 my son started with his braces, due to COVID, today they removed the braces, since then we are very happy with the treatment and process that was carried out, the dentist Dr. Alolabi, the assistants and the front office ladies we were always treated with kindness and respect. So I just want to address one thing. The office and staff it’s self is amazing but I just did not like how one of the staff tried to sell me insurance while I was trying to get my sons teeth worked on. I just felt awkward how i came in for simple cleaning for my child and then was pitched to buy insurance. I’m sorry I just don’t find this right at all. Are you only working here to poach off your employers patients for your benefit or are you actually here too do your job and actually take care of your patients like seriously cmon now.
